Her I, Her Ii

HER I
You are filled with nectar
I have yet to taste
Full of milk
I have yet to suckle
Full of light
I have yet to bathe in
Full of life
I have yet to see
Full of warmth
I have yet to feel
You are like the fruit
On tree I try to reach
Fresh, Luscious
Sweet
Sometimes
You’re an over ripe
Peach.

HER II
You’re a flower, unfolding
Before me
Arms, open, heart open-
Flows only to me
Your feelings, an ocean
Produce waves of emotion
Beating against me
Pulling me to you
We crash into deep caverns
Sweet, honey, warm fragrant
I breathe in the scent of you.
