How long

Time slips away in all directions,
taking the edge of the vertical cliffs.
The elongated shadows have lost their soul,
Swept by the gusts of wind.
Tears, in the bloodshot eyes, of vampirized birds,
Wash the brains, all somehow.
The fat stars, the night, devour the tranquility,
and we, hungry, wait for sleep,
forgiving them.
