My Issue
As I’m sitting here writing
I’m wondering
Where did I go wrong?
As you sit there reading
Your wondering
What is going on?
I searched through many songs
Looking for that one
That relates to how I feel
A little dead inside
I can’t lie
Some of y’all are wondering
Why?
Hell you don’t know
And neither do I
Constantly trying to find
Happiness within myself
Like a kid looking for cookies
That are hidden on the top shelf
I know what I want
And thats good
Cause thats usually
The hardest part
But getting to that step
Of readiness
Is my true dilemma
How do I accept
What I’m not truly use too
How do I move on
From everything that I’m use too
Its causes not just physical
But mental abuse too
Am I trapped
By my own mind forever
Is it cause I got issues?
Am I crying for help
Praying someone brings a tissue?
Or is this all just a breeze
That will blow by with time
Can someone tell me,
Better yet
Can someone help me?
and by someone
I mean you..
