Timing

He was my best friend,
I'd call him for anything,
but the timing meant everything.
 I know that smile
It's from the heart
You took my hand
We made a start.
 With every struggle
You were there to fight, even when I was wrong you stood by me as if I was right.
 You took my heart,
We went so far
Every night being reminded I was your shining star.
My angel is what I called you, the reason behind it you never knew.
Your love saved me.
For once I felt free.
I couldn't figure out who I was, you made me realize the person I wanted to be.
All the chemistry that we had,
I never once thought it could all turn bad.
I'll always remember those dark brown eyes, and you holding me close as we stared at the skies.
I still think of you night and day,
before I sleep it's for you I pray.
I'll never regret the time we spent.
I said "I love you" , pure love is what I meant.
 You were my angel,
I was your star,
We could call each other for anything, but the timing meant everything.
