My World At the Moment

Frustrated with people
Tired of the accusations
Why won’t anybody believe
That I am fine
With how life is right now
Please leave me alone
Give me peace
To figure out the problems
Of everyday life
Nothing too serious
On my mind
To concern outsiders
Just let me be

Happy with the small pleasures
Do not need anything else
Give me strength
To accomplish my daily chores
Nothing in life makes me happier
Than my family’s happiness
Do not mock my selflessness

Those who mock must be jealous of your happy life with a loving family, Kayla. Some people try to find fault or problems with everything, but you have the right spirit in your heart. Peace and blessings for the holidays, Carolyn

We are having our first laying snowfall this morning in Springfield,Ohio. December 1,2010 what a way to enter this month. It is absolutely beautiful and finds me in good spirits. I have enjoyed reading your poetry this morning Kayla. Looking forward to reading more. Have a wonderful day. Love, Carol
