The battled mind
Once again the battle mind field commences
Bombarded with thoughts, surrounding with fences
Not damaged by a weapon of cast
But overpowered by an incident from the past
Waves of emotions roar over the field
Wish I didn’t think about it so I can feel healed
Body feels battered and bruised with out a mark on show
Although ur the innocent one you tend to feel low
The solider of enemy seems so heavy
But strong enough to not turn to the bevy
Flash backs upon me, flashing so bright
Affecting me during the day aswell at night
Thoughts and feelings throwing about like daggers
Dizziness in the eyes and mindset as he staggers
Feelings and thoughts class together like sword and shield ??
Trapped in this mindset fighting in this field
Medication of armour, temporary helps
But no one sees or hears the darkness of yelps
The field becomes muddy through the trampled mind
Looking for a sense or relief, begging to be kind
Your not alone with in this battling ground
Let them hear you making that sound
Talking out loud, letting people understand
They will only support u and take ur hand
Don’t be afraid to fly white flag in the air
Let people see you are struggling and let them care
The battles wee fight with tiredness and pride
Can only be won with the supporting soldiers by our side
Take deep breaths, protection is our goal
Reducing the daily panic, and getting out this hole
Togetherness and love is our strength
Will control the shame and hurt with in some length
No judgement with in our people,as support they bring
Winning this battle together and feel like a king ??
