A Loveletter To Summer

This is a love letter to summer,
To the warmth that caresses my skin,
To the golden rays that shimmer,
In a dance with the gentle wind.

To the endless feeling nights,
Where stars paint the sky so bright,
Whispering secrets in their celestial flights,
Guiding lovers lost in the moon's soft light.

Midnight skies, a canvas of dreams,
Where wishes mingle with stardust streams,
I lose myself in their infinite embrace,
As time slows down in a heavenly space.

To late talk rounds beneath the moon,
Sharing laughter and stories in tune,
With friends gathered, hearts entwined,
Creating memories forever in the moment of time.

To swimming in the lake's cool embrace,
Where worries dissolve without a trace,
Diving into waters crystal clear,
Cleansing my soul, dispelling all fear.

To music in the distance, a melodic invitation, Notes that carry me to a state of elation,
Songs that dance on the breeze's gentle kiss,
Igniting a fire in my heart, pure bliss.

And to my heart that sings,
In sync with the cicadas' rhythmic wings,
Summer's symphony fills the air,
An ode to joy, a love beyond compare.

This is a love letter to summer,
To a new one each year that arrives,
With the same excitement as ever,
It brings me both joy and tears in disguise.

A reminder of life's boundless beauty,
In each sunrise and sunset's hue,
A season cherished, a sacred duty,
To behold in my mind, to cherish anew.

So, here's my love letter to summer,
To its blessings and its grace,
May its warmth linger forever,
In the depths of our souls' embrace.
