Lost in the sea of memories
My thoughts begin to rise
all the pain, the hurt ,the forgotten ,the demise
I focus on all the lies
My eyes are red from weeping
My soul, runs deep
Oh where can my broken heart keep
I scream into the darkness can you feel my pain
My heart is broken there’s nothing to gain
I’ve changed who I am but everything is the same
I lost me the real me the person inside for what
for who
where can I confide?
As I weep into the darkness, I plead my case
Can anyone see my tear filled face?
I’m begging for mercy
Pleading for rain
In all my brokenness, is there nothing I’ve gained
For my heart is broken I may never go back
Is a beauty ?
Is it in difference?
Is it personality that I lack ?
For I begged you to love
I begged you to treat me right
But in the end, I lost every fight
