Love Triangle

Here she is
The sunlight that stands on the hut of every man

Here she is
The mirror of Ojoto

Beads
Oh! beads are made in her name
But she's a heart that flirt with bags of fortune

Here is Edufa
A burning flame in the eyes of Maduka and Chike

Edufa

The heart of Chike is no China in the sun
You came to make treasures out of it
But now carry tenderness in your womb.

Last night
You came out of Maduka's hut
Looking coy and gracious
Flapping your hair in front of him and laughing at his cares

Charming goddess of daylight
Sharing your wrapper with Maduka and Chike
Is precarious

Chike is a war dagger
He will hit at your chest

Maduka is a hard sword
Waving in the wind

He will drink your blood

And these two strong hearts are sweet brothers in the battlefield

Now the war drum is beating
Edufa it is beating

The same night you slept on Maduka's lap for his golden cup

Chike was searching for you with the lantern of love

But how come
The lamp of hope took him to Maduka's hut for a common laughter

How come
These two strong hearts
Deceived their sword to kill love
Just because of a sunflower.

An African thunderstorm
Went against trees as a mockingbird fleed in tears

And i smelt blood
I smelt blood everywhere

The blood of Chike
Maduka and Edufa
Flowing in the green pasture of love

I saw blood littered on different leafs

I washed my tears with the water of Ojoto
Hoping that in the glimpse of time
This cloud will pass by.

Here she stands
On my painted wall

Here is Edufa
The golden sunset of Ojoto
