Childhood Memories

                CHILDHOOD MEMORIES

When I was child
I took everyone as a family.
When I was child
I thought that the world was worthy.
When I was child
I was in doubt
that one day
I will be humiliated.
When I was child
I thought
that when we grow up
we could help one another.
When I was child
I thought
people that laughed with me
would never let me down.
But when I realized the fact
something scary.
I grew up with retaliation in mind.
I got myself a distinct path

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
