Forever Changed
I conjured this fantasy before I learned your name,
So when first I gazed into your eyes, paralyzed,
Our hearts mesmerized, they melded as one,
And when you kissed me, I felt my world change.
It's the epitome of feeling, a triumph obtained,
A union of souls the angels have ordained.
Holding hands, within the confines of our minds,
Vulnerable only to each other, and no other.
I'm your beautiful queen in a majestic dream,
I'm the jewel in your crown, you're my mighty king.
How my heart beats, eloquently with yours.
Realize, how perfect you are, seen through my eyes!
It's the magic of your touch I love so much,
With strength of gold your arms enfold me,
Illuminating my soul; And if there's a God above,
He's created you for me to adore, cherish, and love.
You've absorbed my tears, cast off my fears,
So no matter if we tread this life together,
You've stamped your heart on my soul forever,
Because we've shared this moment in time.
