My Prince Charming

I can see you standing there
You are playing with her hair
Then I get the memories back
That girl used to be me
I sit at night and wonder why
We both held all our feelings inside
Then my heart just falls apart, filled with misery

Every night before I go to bed I pray, that you'll say
That you love me now and forever, and you're sorry
And that we'll never part
You promise not to break my heart
And then I..

Fall fast asleep
See you in my dreams
Hope that you will rescue me
My Prince charming
Why did you leave?
Tell me why'd you go away?
When the first words out your mouth were
I promise I will stay

I still think of you
Do you ever think of me?
Or am I the only one
Who's lonely
I know you've got another girl
You've got love on your side
While I'm all alone
Trying not to cry

Every night before I go to bed I pray, that you'll say
That you love me now and forever, and you're sorry
And that we'll never part
You promise not to break my heart
And then I..

Fall fast asleep
See you in my dreams
Hope that you will rescue me
My Prince charming
Why did you leave?
Tell me why'd you go away?
When the first words out your mouth were
I promise I will stay

Touch - Sharon's Acrostic

Teasing my senses, awaken my soul,
Obey every command, losing control.
Unspoken words, replaced by pure bliss,
Craving you more, every daring kiss.
Hypnotized by passion, transcendence.

From Friends To Forever

You walked into the room, my heart began to pound,
Your hat cocked off, your clothes just right, your scent all around.
You took the seat behind me, eye contact as you passed. I think my heart stopped for just a second, a moment I wanted to last.
Time goes by but the day finally came when our paths they did cross, My palms were sweaty, my body numb, my brain suddenly shut off.
Talking on the phone to going on dates to you making me dinner, It all lead to a forever love we both came out a winner.
Friends in the beginning , today husband and wife, No matter what we go thru, with you I will spend my life.

Bad Timing

They say timing is everything and baby is ours ever wrong,
But I'll do what I have always done and pretend to be strong.
My heart just doesn't understand this isn't meant to be,
Cause when we talk it's pure bliss, like you were put on earth for me.
So forgive me if the words I say are coming on too strong,
Cause my love for you just feels so good, how could it be wrong?

Magic

Many years of ups and downs to speak of Yet together, never a sunset seen Day turns into night, hate turns into love Sinners into angels, sheets in between. In between the sheets, magic created The ecstasy, fueling the desire Our deep love physically translated The passion setting our souls on fire Souls on fire, fueled by angry words Which seem to disappear with every stare Always hovering in our minds like birds Trying to distract us from what we share. What we share is the longing for the day Hovered birds turn to doves and fly away 6/14/2017

The Path

Which path to choose, the question at hand, So hard to make a choice. Roaming blind through trechorous land, Seeking my inner voice. The voice inside me so haunting, So faint I cannot hear, Not giving the answer I'm wanting, Waking my deepest fear. The fear it burns so very deep, Not sure if I can cope. Into God's arms I take a leap Returning to me all hope. With hope so strong, I'm finally free Can't lead this heart astray, The path I choose is up to me, With His guidance all the way. 6/29/2017
