Oblivion

In tears I yelled aloud
But no one noticed
I tried to explain myself
But no one understood
At the darkest hour, I called for help
But even my very voice betrayed me
I felt the world owed me understanding
But that was the one thing it refused to offer
I turned to friends and family
But even my blood turned their backs
My tears flowed down like a stream in the Sahara
All I needed was an ear
Someone who would say:
“All will be OK; all will be well”
But I never found one
So alone I stayed embraced by the cold arms of Oblivion

We Never Die

We never really die we are just alive to a different system and a different world.

Our lives are a circle of known known’s and unknown unknowns...

We live but we never exist for we never really reach our utmost potential

We never grasp immortality, we never live up to our god status

Our lives are just centred around mysterious how’s trying to conquer a mysterious world

For the more we know, the more we realize that the less we know

Having being conceived when as cells we fought to stay alive

Surging with imaginations as kids

We therefore grew to discover limitations

Creating a shell of the usual to protect us from the cryptic universe

Scaring us from unveiling our own mysteries

We then live with the hope that when we die, we awaken to a better world

To a universe which we understand and appreciate

For we never really die, we are just alive to whole new mysterious adventure

When I Was In Love With You

It all started with a “hey” and a “hi” there was love in the sky
We both had one heart, one pulse, one reason to live
Everywhere I turned I saw reminders of you
I couldn’t sleep couldn’t write I saw destiny in view
I changed my clothes my looks I wanted to impress
My love was deep, deeper than any word could express
Every touch, every smile every gaze were like twin-stars
Every minute, every hour, everyday was like Christmas
And like morning dew on leaves the love faded away
It was fun while it lasted but now memories to slay
And from miles away we both see our love remains
Now my heart is empty I must find love again

Let Go

Illusions of bitterness beclouding my thoughts
The closer the deeper, the pains still hurts
The betrayal still lingers, memory refreshes
The prospect of re occurrence flashes before my Senses

Divine orders asking to let go
If only I had the guts to confront my closest foe
The ever brewing thoughts that to err is human
I won’t fall for that for betrayal is inhuman

And if all my Judgement are washed away
Then the wind blows my thoughts astray
Yet will I not forget your grievous betrayal
For it is written in the tablets of my heart forever

Compuction

Deep down there is a lot of hurt
Many things we ought to be by now but... we’re not
Nevertheless we still have destiny in view
But that’s deep down in our thoughts
Stranded in reality we know our time is due
Tomorrow is near yet we still don’t have a clue

Deep down there is a lot of anxiety
For we were consumed by our laxity
Oh! How we wish we were wiser
For life has thought us lessons much deeper
Only then do we realize our faults
For the tomorrow we feared became our death

The Abominable Love

Their hearts longed for each other’s touch

An abominable love

Bound by the shackles of marriage

Limited to the region of Imagination

Like desperate sperms seeking to be born,

Their souls searched for a world where their love would be accommodated

Both dreaming about a love they could not withhold

Never knowing, that what they felt for each other was real and controlled

And lost in depths of despair

They lived the remainder of their lives

Bound by a union which was unfair
