7 Deadly Sins

7 Deadly Sins

When God showed me a vision,
I was wondering if what it is all about,
He was showing me the greatness, and fullness of life,
Where I neglected it and did not shew some delight,

He showed me fruits of a different kind,
Where I can pick, and have the best one I like
But, I kept on ignoring it one by one.
And I never appreciated the good kind he placed in line.

He showed me then, how my hands work in many ways,
He taught me how to touch others and give a helping hand
He tied a rope for me to pull when they are out of strings to hold
But, I was too busy to hold mine and so selfish to hold one.

He gave me the heart to love others,
He made it pure and with kindness
But, I used it to hatred, unforgiving heart I laid
and I end up loving myself more than anyone else

"One night, I dreamt of heaven and hell
I saw Jesus seating on a big bronze chair
The place was too dark, dull and sad.
As I gazed my eyes, I saw my families and other people around.
I was surprised why I was not with them
and why I was standing next to Him."

"In a blink of an eye, the ground started to break,
And the fire came out like a river and lake.
The place was drowning in sorrow, as I heard the crying of each soul.
I was terrified, and I can not move
Watching them screaming and falling, it's tearing my heart. I can not hold."

"Then, all of a sudden I felt sadness and my tears began to fall.
I saw my mother, and she is about to fall.
I asked Jesus to help and pull her up.
But He just looked at me, and my heart was bleeding so bad.
Then, I jumped to where my mother was.
I grabbed her hands and hold her tight
Then there's a big voice I heard at the back.
"They are the one who can save their soul"

I was crying that very moment I woke up,
The message was striking me with fear, I'm terrified.
It was not only for them to take, but also for me to wake.

That night I began to pray
I asked God for His forgiveness and mercy on bended knee
To forgive me for my arrogance and selfishness
To forgive me for my enviousness and greediness
To Forgive me for being Gluttonous, lustful, sloth and wrath
I asked him to take away my pride and give me back my pure heart

That dream is a wake up call "No one can save anyone other than their soul..."

The Last Will and Testament of My Heart - For Him

You don't need to have richness here on earth,
I am just plain and ordinary, a commoner you can live by ...
I don't need to have silver, gold and diamonds,
You don't need to buy me one in jewelry stores...
I just need your heart to love me faithfully and ceaselessly
Because true love is, as precious as silver, gold and diamonds...

You don't need to have lands to build a big mansion for me...
I just need your arms to keep me safe and warm, when I'm afraid and cold...
You don't need to have a car, to drive me everywhere,
Or an airplane to watch the clouds as we go higher
You don't need to have a boat just to explore with me in the ocean...
Your feet are enough to walk with me every day, 'till sun and moon rise...

You don't need to have millions or billions on your account
I can live an easy life and receive what you can offer me, and give...
I only need are your hands to hold me tight, as we grow old together
I don't need richness here on earth, with you in my life is more than enough....
If you only knew... that this is the last will and testament of my heart...

The High School

There are sad and happy days in our life, that had gone by,
Like the strong wind and storm, stricken the deserted land…
But there are few still remain in our heart and mind,
The bullies, laughter, fighter and the love teams you never deny…

Though, It’s been decades we had this kind of fun,
Believe me, these are the good memories of all time…
But even how long the years had over and done,
High school life is still the best, we’d ever undergone…

Though we are now getting old, white hairs are starting to grow,
Few became plump, bald and others remain the same…
Some are still single, searching and ready to mingle?
And others are happily married, and blessed with offsprings,
We still remain young at heart, and just the same…

And even how long the time had passed by,
The camaraderie is still the same when reunify…
I guess this is the best of all and will last long for sure…
We stained our life with good memories, and history to keep…

So this I may say, “Good ones last long, and lives in our hearts…”

Odysseus and Penelope

Does true love is worth waiting for?

Where are you my Odysseus?
For love and eternity I will be yours,
I will love thee for my whole life
Will see no one but you as my true love…

My heart will wait for you to come
Even 20 years may past, I will never run
For your love I will never seize from waiting
Even it will take long for my longings…

I know our love is for eternity
You and I are meant to be
For an everlasting love is our destiny
I will be yours and you will be mine eternally…

Come to me soon and let’s be free
I will love you wholeheartedly
For I your Penelope
Will wait for you devotedly…

That Old Bench

Looking out at the window, I saw this old man sitting on an old bench under a Palm tree
His hairs are all silvered, his face is wrinkled, and he must be in his eighties
I'm watching him from afar and he looks like he's been there since seven thirty
It's more than five hours on that day, and lunch will come to pass soon...

I was wondering why he keeps on coming back to that certain place
He looks happy every time I saw him seated on that very space
But after each long morning he'll stand and walk away with his sad face
It seems he's been waiting for someone to meet him on that same phase...

On that day I've decided to go out and went next to him
I asked, If I can sit beside him, but he just stared, and say nothing
I assumed it was just fine to take a seat and he won't mind ,
But he looks at me as if he's going to devour me...

I stand up and went back to my place, with a throbbing heart and fearful face
The Following day, I looked out again at the window, but I saw no one's there
I went out and try to look around, maybe he changed his place, because of yesterday
I felt guilty and bad of my wrong act, He's been going there since 2003

I asked a bystander at the store, she said that the old man is gone and you'll not see him... anymore
I felt so bad that day and so dismayed, shocked and surprised by what I've learned
This old man keeps coming back to that same place, because of the memories left behind
His love.. His true love died on that very bench, was dragged by a car and hit that bench

It was their 40th anniversary, where they supposed to meet there
It is the same place, the very exact old bench... where they first met...

The Mother

Caring hands are soft,
Embrace you can not forget
Hairs turning grayish
Wrinkles on the face are out
She loves, unconditional…

Cinderella's Problem

She said:
Two days from now,
I am going to meet my Prince…
I am excited and nervous as I seem,
Geez, I am not prepared to meet him…

I don’t know what to wear,
I don’t know what to do with my hair...
I don’t have a nice and sexy dress,
I only have blouses and colored shirts...

I have denims, and I don’t have skirts,
I don’t have sandals, wedges or stilettos...
I only have pairs of girly rubber shoes,
To keep my feet at ease wherever we go...

I will wear red lipstick and some blush on,
Curl my eyelashes and put some makeup on...
But what to wear and what to do with my hair?
This is what I worry, and I am so insane…

The Fairy godmother appears:

My Dance

You hold my hand so tight
You don’t want to let it go…
I’m trying to pull it over
So I can walk alone…
_____

I don’t know
What’s on your mind….
That you just can’t let go…
As I look at you…
There's fear inside of you…
_____
You played the music well
And the melody was just right
You taught me some steps of it
And dance it
Under the moonlight…
-------
I stretch my wings so wide
And keep my head up high
While foreseeing my future
And all my heart’s desire…

But…
“Ravenous for sovereignty
Trying to get some liberty”
Is all inside my mind…
--------
I wonder how I can manage
All what you’ve encouraged
I know all things encompasses
To live a life to its fullest…
--------
Now I’m dancing…
Dancing on my own…
Making some steps, but
Not as perfect as you owned…

--------
After 35 years… I’ve asked
Gaining some courage at last..
To freed me from the wrath…
From the wrath you gained from the past…
…. That you dreadfully wanted to last…

I love you mom.. For letting me go…

Prince Charming

When I was a kid,
I am very enthralled with fairy tales stories
Like Snow White, Sleeping beauty, Cinderella
And all the beautiful princesses
I am too, dreamt of meeting a prince charming
Whose might and charm is also captivating…

At the vertex of fascination
I used to turned all pages of the encyclopedia
My grandpa had the complete series from A to Z
Every day, I viewed the castle of far, far away
Where all princes and princesses live in majestic
I traced the kingdom’s map, draw a castle and cut
Pasted all on the wall, stared at it, and start to daydream

“Hear ye! Hear ye! This is the servant of the King
The Palace is looking for a maiden who will marry the Prince
All single ladies are invited to a glorious ball
The Prince will choose, whose beauty is beyond them all
As I daydream, I giggled and it’s like real, I will meet my Prince.”

At my very young age,
I asked God, “Please send me a prince”
Who will take care of me; love me as I am,
Who will be my knight and shining armor,
And will protect me, to my wicked enemy…

When I grew a little bit older, I understand that fairy tales are not for real
Fairy tales do not exist, Prince charming does not exist
It is merely a fantasy of a poor and ordinary girl like me

As I grew older, I become more matured
Experiences in life changed me as I grow old
I understand that the real prince cannot be found
The real prince does not exist
No charming man who will admire you
No knight who will protect you
And No man will give you an everlasting love
And no happily ever after in a lover’s life…

As an adult, It is clear to me now
That love is something you can’t easily have
You can’t easily find
And patiently you have to wait and let you find…
Love does not exist in an obvious way
But it is seen deep within someone’s heart
Where it grows old to desire to be in one's heart…

Heaven's Tears of Joy

It’s getting colder and the rain won’t stop,
The clouds are the slavery of these reigning drops…
I heard the bell ringing, and a herd of people singing,
It’s time for a mass to celebrate the freedom at last…

It is the day of liberty, where the township was freed from slavery,
It was the end of a fiend leader, whose sovereignty is like a hell…
Beastly and hungry for powers, and flagitious to poor,
Making the whole town’s life tangled and so miserable…

In God’s power and mercies the liberty was reclaimed,
Evil didn’t succeed to God’s faithful people here on earth…
Prayers are their mighty swords, and their faith became their shield,
Heaven’s tears of joy are now pouring on my head…
