How Many Times In a Video Game

Can you try your luck at something in a video game?
Try as many times you can, before you inevitably explode?!
In unrelenting anger?!!
Especially if you were one step away from the feeling of supremacy, but
joined the fallen from one clever AI.

Welcome to the world of first-person rage. Make sure you don't equip stronger weapons if you want to keep self-bragging rights when you finally accomplish everything on THAT level.

Because if you can't take the difficulty then you have no right to bear the arms awarded by fictional army men and women.
How stubborn are you to beat this level?
How stubborn was I? Stubborn enough to feel the letdown when trying again the next day.

And when I finally heard the sounds of "Mission Complete", I couldn't breathe a sigh of relief any harder than I did right then and there.
Now I put down the controller, and wait for my next cold crushing challenge.

Abused and Overworked

If there is one piece in the whole world that works more than any other,
that works more than a machine, and that works more than the most
hard working type in the eastern and western hemisphere combined!!
It is the HANDS of ANY, ONE, PARTICULAR, PERSON.

The hands of humanity are among the most abused pieces in history.
They are put through so much punishment it doesn't matter if its intentional, careless, or even unintentional. The pain in the muscles and the creaking in the bones moan out in exhaustion.

I will say this: You think that person has had a hard day? try being a pair of hands under all that workload and THEN talk to me about being overworked!

Musk I Smell As Such

I leave a trail that emanates on every tree that I walk past.
A scent that tells I have been here, that this is my home.
A smell of comfort and sincerity, that is my own presence.

It can be as strong in strength as it can be sweet in attraction.
To you or to your friend it can appear as something unappealing,
to the right people it is a necessary thing.

For the rest, it is an introduction to who I am.
In my own bizarre way I say; Nice to meet you!
How strong my MUSK is, feels like an iron grip.

But don't mask my MUSK, there is no reason to or just because.
It's just me walking along, and my scent has to be in the air.
So I can see those who want to fight, and those who are amorous.

A Lesson In Doing More

You can always be reminded that even when your an adult, You must do
more and be more.
The person who has nurtured you does not need to be taking on the world
without expecting you to take it on, alongside them.
They need you just as much as you expect, without reciprocating it, to need them at every minute of every day.
Tell them that they don't need to be on their feet today. You will do everything they do in their place.
Stop making things so easy when your fully grown because now, the simplest way of living has to be done each day. BY YOU.

Grains I See In the Darkness

Tuning off the lights everything is a dark veil of the color green.
I can only make out the pieces that I have memorized.

It's so fuzzy that I'm seeing grains like those on the old TV.
That I try to shape those grains into fuzzballs and puzzle pieces.

I imagine that when the light is off, I see another reality that shows.
It can only be shown in the dark. The light will not work on it.

And it comes even more alive when the deepest tint of green settles.
And you make out everything around you that was only seen in light.

It really is a time of the night. which I will see when it's not bright, and
try to focus on everything around me with my own eyes.

Pulling the Pain

Why do I test the limits of my pain?
What could I possibly hope to gain??

Can I say: "Is It worth the strain?"
Or tell you its because of someone to blame!

I did whatever I could to maintain a good name.
And it went back to being just the same.

I treat what I do as a game,
because my habits are not in the right frame.

This has to stop or at best be tame.
I want to leave this life in a good light,
by god's crane.

My Heart's Disease

I thought I had the cure to this very simple sickness.
By destroying the need to flow the feelings of interest and deception.
I took it in influence when I believed I had to do to be cruel.
But the sickness brings itself back with just a dose of love.

I need to not have a heart to heart with anyone or even myself.
I want the grasping of assurance that I can keep the heart of my emotion's under the weight of my heel.

I don't want to hear what the heart wants, I want to hear what I can say to make my heart stop!

Stop with all the turning of my choices, and to only turn which way I should flow with the way I want to go.

A Drink of Liquor In the Rain

Vodka or Scotch, what can I down in the lounge with the rain singing outside?

The cool feeling isn't in just the drink. The cool air and the cold ambience, is adding a good touch.

There is something else missing that has to make this all complete.

Perhaps you can give me an answer to what I think it could be.

Now I will, enjoy my drink, and enjoy the cool white noise.

Silver Assurance

I am not certain that I can be prepared to handle a depreciating cost.
That the paper I carry isn't worth anything aside from using it as kindle.
So I take a chance, with one of two colors, that are so shiny they have been hidden in history and shared freely to everyone.

I never took an interest in these shiny metallic colors until my curiosity could not stop the thought of owning it.
I wanted it not for collecting but for preserving.
So that someday soon if anything were to happen to all the paper in hand, I can use this and show those who respect it, that it is real and that it is far better than most assurances.

Glimmering gold is too much for me to hold. Abundant silver is never enough for me to hold. I will continue to use all the paper I receive, that is still good enough to exchange, and give it away for more assurance. Silver. Assurance.

Watch the Time

Do you hate when something you leave goes away?
That you never finished making out what you had to say?
Jumping from tab to tab, because your work made you stay?
Your mistakes aren't the only ones that made you stray.

Finished between minutes on end but you never bothered to even send.
This is why you shouldn't treat you luck like a friend.
Or you will be the one who has to bend, doing all the work like a worn-out
pen.

If you try to do this again finish what you want to love first.
Don't let it time out while your words could burst.
Or it would be just another hobby that hurts.
