The Longing

Thunder echoed across the sky
Then lighting flashes through my eye.
And there I saw her standing by,
wiping tears as she bade goodbye..

Then silence struck the lonely night
Inviting me to hold you tight.
I held you close with all my might,
For in my life you are the light.

It’s been months since you went away,
I miss you every single day.
Before I lay, to Him I'd pray
That we'd be together someday.

I’ve been to places everywhere,
I've searched the world but you’re not there.
Many months I’ve searched ‘til a year,
Still I couldn't find you my dear.

Then a letter came one morning,
A letter that changed everything.
I fell down while my tears falling
When I knew I’ve lost my darling.

I cried your name out in the rain,
Hoping you’d come and ease the pain.
Memories filled my heart and brain,
Oh when will I see you again?

Greyson

Sleep now my little angel, go to sleep
Daddy’s here I will never make you weep.
I’ll be with you until you are awake,
Watching every move, every breath you take.

Face so pure, innocent, seems surreal,
It takes away the sorrow I conceal.
Tiny fingers so delicate to hold,
I will protect you until you grow old.

You are my pride, my blessing and my joy,
I breathe because of you my little boy.
You’re the greatest treasure my everything,
To keep you safe I would do anything.

So close your eyes my Angel, go to sleep,
Trust that all these promises I will keep.
Right by your side is where I'll always be
The last and the first thing you'll ever see.

In Every Failure

Been waiting for a day to come
When dreaming weren’t just made for some.
Left you longing in every way
The dawn of that wonderful day.

And you believe that what you give
Is what you will one day receive.
Have faith in your work do your best
And pray so God will do the rest.

Then finally comes a new day
But it’s for them, to your dismay.
Wound in your heart kept on aching
Left you still hoping and praying.

The day you long since in your youth.
May not come and that is the truth.
Each night you pray that you could keep,
The day you dreamt while you’re asleep.

This fight it seems you cannot cope,
You’re on the verge of losing hope.
Your faith and trust in Him before,
Turned to doubt until it’s no more.

But you were wrong always be strong,
Put your faith in Him all lifelong.
All your failures brings you closer,
Though long, triumph awaits you there!

School's Out

Yes school is gone with the sun,
let's go out and have some fun.
Now let's have fun all day long,
we'll rejoice and sing a song!

Oh school is gone like the rain,
but deep inside I'm in pain.
'Coz I will miss you my friend,
for you'll be gone with the wind.

School is gone but it's no fun,
because I'm left with no one.
School is gone, what have I done?
My hopes and dreams are all gone.

Fountain of Life

Fountain of everlasting pleasure
Let me drink from its flowing treasure
For my life of never ending pain,
It longs to be joyful once again.

Fill my body with healing water,
Heal the wound from the angry Father.
Let me bathe to thee of my fountain
Cleanse my soul so I can start again.

Wonderful light, ever glowing light,
Where were you during my darkest night?
In agony and desolation
I beg you to light my direction.

Now here I lay as the day is done,
Hoping someday this will all be gone.
For I cannot take all of this pain
Oh good fountain heal me once again.

The Greedy and Powerful

How many blood and
lives will it take,
'Till you see the
destruction you make?
How many tears
should a mother shed?
For you to cease
this bloodshed?

You said you were
going to lead us,
We thought you
will make us one.
But look what
happened to us,
Fighting under
the same sun.

Listen to your
people's sigh,
hear your innocent
victim’s cry.
Your greed brought us
nothing but pain,
While you greedily savor
the power you gain.

Now I wonder how
you sleep at night,
When you’re the one
who made this fight.
Our freedom and
rights, you stole,
To make your
selfish dream whole.

Distorted Faith

As I lay in this empty room
Alone and hiding in the gloom.
Pondering why I have become
A monster, hateful and loathsome.

I regret the day I found God,
for He has forsaken this lad.
I kept asking what have I done?
That made my life vanished and gone?

Why life does not have to be fair?
Seems for every joy there's despair.
I trusted God since I was born,
But why does my life filled with torn?

‘‘Ask my child and you shall receive'',
Lies that I honestly believe.
But now I do not even care,
Life’s full of unanswered prayer.

''Knock child and you shall be opened'',
Another lie that He mentioned.
I knocked and knocked but no one's there
Just myself begging love and care.

Will you tell me what did I do
That made my once happy life go?
Was it a test or was I cursed?
That made my life so freaking worst!

The Setting Sun

The mighty sun has now set for me,
Now only darkness is all I see.
The mighty sun that brightens my way
Its light finally faded away.

Now my life is like a moonless night,
And everything just doesn’t go right.
Now I lost all the treasure in me
The darkness has taken it away.

Oh I tried to fight mister darkness,
But just can't seem to hit his weakness.
No matter how hard I fight and try,
I just failed ‘til I break down and cry.

So I’ll just wait for the sun to shine,
No matter how long I’ll stay in line.
And if by chance I could see the sun,
I'd never forget the setting sun.

The Dying Child

Come lay and be with me my love,
Your love is what I need to have.
With your love as pure as the rain,
Takes away the fear and the pain.

Your touch so soft like the wind,
Cleanse my soul as I come to end.
Now my soul can go straight above,
For I’ve lived and I fell in love.

Every leaf falls from that old tree,
Like hours falling away from me.
And just like that very old tree,
I shall be remembered to thee.

Now I must leave this world my love,
Spread these wings and go straight above.
My god has been so good to me,
If this is His will let this be.

Girl Be Mine

Girl you'll be mine,
I consign this
Divine design.

Please don’t refuse,
It's no use, you’re
The muse I choose.

You turn away;
my dismay, girl
please stay I pray.
