Somewhere Out There

Somewhere out there on a distant star is a 

place where we belong all to ourselves where 

there's no words nor a familiar face. On 

this star is where we eternally exist 

without critiscism or anyone's sultry words. 

On this star you'll never cry, except from 

tears of joy. Somewhere out there our love 

has no bounds, out there were never alone, 

always in each other's arms. Though no 

matter how bright this star maybe it still 

doesn't compare to you or me. Some where out 

there on that star we'll find each other and 

finally be at peace. Until then somewhere 

out there we shall meet.

Lover's Prayer

As I lay me down to sleep I pray in my heart that we're never apart.
Apart from the love we both share, I hope you'll always be there.
There to show all the love I have for you, 
and to prove to you I'll always be true.
True to the heavens up above, always proving to GOD our love.
The love that make angels weep and dove's cry.
Crying not beliving the love so real,
not knowing where I be if we didn't meet.
Meeting on the grounds that the Lord has paved,
going back there to relieve the moment it all began.
From the beginning of time it was meant to be.
Be me and you changing our lives forever.
Forever and ever there for you I'll be ,
through thick and thin,
good times and bad,
to the top together we'll go.
Sitting here on my knees praying to the Lord,
 that all those words come to past.
Past my lips to his ears, having my fears slip away as these last lines are said.
Saying it once again as I said to myself many times before,
"For in man we shall not rely, and with GOD we shall never say goodbye.

Feeling's Forgotten

I don't know what it is, but you're the reason 

why I live. Always wondering what led our 

paths to cross. Still to this day I think of 

you wondering if these feelings are true. 

The more I fight the worse I feel. The more 

I try to get us together the more things 

come in our way. I guess it just wasn't 

meant to be. In time I'll learn to forget. 

These feelings I had ceartainly weren't 

real. Now I wish I've never gone through 

this ordeal. Don't get mad because this is 

the way I really feel.

A Real Man

A real man commits to God in everything
he does.A real man doesn't hide the way he
feels,or afraid to admit when he's wrong.A
real man reconizes his weakness and turns
them into his stengths.Looks at the world
with an open mind and puts all his trust in
God.For he knows God is his fortress when
times look bad.Recognizes when the Lord
sends him someone great and gives his best
in all he does.Pleases the one he loves in
every single way and knows with the Lord 
they'll be together forever and a day.A real
man can look at his woman and make her feel
things she never felt and always find ways
to make her heart melt.Even when it
sometimes rains his love remains pure and
will never fade.Trusts in God and knows there love will never go away.A real man
knows that God moves mountains and makes the
impossible possible,and GOD is the only thing that makes a REAL MAN possible!

This Isn'T the End

Lord, it is only in you I trust.
Protect me as I walk down this path,
and give me favor in whatever I do.
Help me walk in your word 
and live in your purpose.
Mold me into the man you want me to be,
and shower your blessings down on me.
Show me the way life is supposed to be
and let it be your will that my love
returns to me.
I know that without you we can never
be again. 
My faith is in you she'll come back my way.
I pray it's soon, rather than far away,
keep me busy as I walk this path until
you permit her to return.
For her, my heart does yearn,
and you are the Lord on the up most high.
I know through you we'll be together again,
and this, defintely, this isn't the end.

More Than True

When you told me you loved me it made my heart melt.

I tried to utter words, but this was greater than I ever felt.

All the things I wanted to say, I opened my 

mouth and words didn't even come out.

There were so many things I wanted to say...

but it was only 3 words that was allowed to 

pass through my lips.

I guess at that moment no other words could 

describe the way you made me feel,

but I Love You too,

was the only words at that moment I could 

ever say that was anything more than true.

The Greatest Joy Anyone Can Ever Find

I awake every morning just to hear the sound of your voice...

or even just to catch a glimpse of your smile.

Patiently I wait for our future to begin, for without God as our foundation we can never exist.

For it is him to I give thanks to everyday that he brought you to me.

Reemphazing the way life and love is supposed to be.

For it's only through him that I know you and I are meant to be.

Life without God is hell on earth...and life without you is like earth with no oxygen.

He certainly took his time when he made you, making you into the beautiful woman you turned out to be.

"Real beauty" not only outside be inside as well.

Not made up like you see day to day on t.v. and in everyday things.

Rarely you ever come across someone that you know is a gift from God.

But if you have him in your heart you'll know when they arrive.

You'll cherish them so that your love will thrive.

I said this once and I'll say it again...

"I wouldn't be where I am or who I am if it wasn't for him...I walk with God in everything I do

and to give up on you and I would be the worse thing I could do. I never was a man who

desired riches, or gold. But through him I do know something special when it comes

around...something you know was definitley his work.That's why every time I look at you and

stare into your eyes I know with me is where your heart truely lies and your definitely one of the

of the greatest things he ever made.

I pray to him every night when I close my eyes and thank him for everything he has done for me.

In him I have everlasting faith and everlasting love...

that's why everyday I awake just to hear your voice, just to see that face.

When I go home tonight before I go to sleep again I'll pray and when I awake I'll sit on my couch

facing the door just to wait for you to walk through...

to see that face...

to see that voice...

to see that smile...

To finally look in your eyes and wrap my hands around your waist and say

Shirley life without you doesn't mean a thing..

But life with God in my heart and you at my side is

the greatest joy anyone can ever find"

I'Ll Be On Time

My world is crumbling from the outside in.
My heart's failing I hope it'll soon end.
I look all around and still don't know which
way to go. Somedays I want to just give up 
and throw in the towel.I do everything to 
try to do things right, but some how I'm 
still losing the fight.Bless me Lord for I 
need you now more than ever.Let your love 
rain down and sheild me from the storm.Oh my 
gosh the water's rising past my ears and up 
over my nose.I'll hold my breath for as long 
as I can.I can't give up,I'll do the best 
that I can.I won't lose faith, or let doubt 
set in.The lord will save me,he'll insure 
that I'll win.The Lord will ensure that I 
don't drown in the rain or let my faith go 
in vain.I look to the sky as the clouds 
began to fade,suddenly the rain stopped,and 
the sun began to shine.Suddenly I heard a 
voice say "I told you I'd be on time."

Past Overdue

I remember when I first met you...I knew then how I'd feel for you.
I tried to fight it but I knew it was there in your personality.
I'd do whatever I could to fight the way I feel. 
But it was inevitable you'd conquer my heart still.
That day I saw you standing there draped in blue.
Hair down,earrings sparkling in your smile.
In those few minutes I knew there was no way around it 
I'd love you no matter what I'd do. 
I had to have you.
There's no other way it could be you'd have to be with me. 
If I had to journey to heaven to beg and plead,
to ask God to please give you to me.
From that moment on I knew I had to treat you like a Queen.
And love you like no other greater love can be.
Being with you has been greater than anything I could ever dream. 
I'd swim to the bottom of the ocean just for a kiss.
I know there's no love greater than this.
No love could have been ever more destined than this.
I bet Romeo never felt for Juliet the way I feel for you.
But it was love at first sight which was past overdue.

Me

Don't worry, it's okay.

I'm not gonna go away.

I'll be here always, 
I'll be by your side till the end of my days.

Leaving you would be the worst thing I could 
do and for you,I'll always be true.

Loving you comes naturally to me, 
because it's not life if it isn't you and me.

Hopefully we'll be together forever, 
and for now we have to wait and see.

Every night I lay and pray you don't go away, 

and every morning I awake, I hope next to you 
I'll be.

Yours, I will always be as long as you have me.
