brown fox needing food
in middle of night's display--
yak yak yak, she screams


the moonlight sends beams
"i can't eat that,where's the cow?"--
feline yakkks again

silently she hunts
the cow jumps over the moon--
fox mooos to trap it!

Beautiful Sunset

The beauty of a sunset dipping
arranged just like a color chart,
that gives a cherished glimpse 
of perfection at eventide- -
This  dreamy romantic setting, 
perfect for a summer's bride
when twilight scene of grace, 
inspires me in my art- -
and cottage's lighting casts 
it's haunting reflection in the sea
while touching the warmth 
of the  curtain's window-sill, 
i taste a  paradise so free.

apples grapes peaches on tray
silky rinds explode 
flesh blended with milky cream
nectar squirting juice,
add cherry toppings

On royal boat to rest on quay.
Fair princess knows what to rewrite

Her gaze traces an island
Scanning a plagued village;
Tears swell from a tidal fury
raking  bushes, shells--
In Maldives, she wails 
For lost daughters.

Dear Auntie, play with me now and let’s ignite,

With a plucking of guitar strings, the hours incite

A score of lyrics jiggling as my thrills excite;

Wondering how those grainy sounds can take flight

That a baby like me needs to make do-re-mi right!
