Sitting here thinking this through,
What happened to me and you?
dont want to loose your touch,
you have no idea, this hurts so much.
I love you more than you'll ever know,
the last thing I want is for you to go.
Why is this the way it's gotta be?
Wish you knew what this is doing to me.
We lay side by side, never out of sight.
Yet I don't remember the last time you held me tight.
Miss the way you look at me,
Miss the way it used to be.
Look at me, what do you see?
Why is it always me who,
reaches out for your touch,
you're right here and yet I miss you so much.
I wish you knew what this is doing to me,
what happened to what this used to be?

love and fate
memories of a different date
the day we met,
all those times Ill never forget
staring at you, stumbling on every other word
everytime i look at you, my tongue it would slurr
looking back id never thought
youd be the one still holding my heart
day in and day out cant imagine life without
I know at times you may have your doubts
But when i look at our son, and then I look at you
i want you to know, everything i do,
i do for both of you
when you look back, i hope you see
see the way you've changed me
youve been there for me, when no one else would be
even when our feelings seem to fade
you've never once strayed away
you were here for me now just like you were then
Just let me know youll be here until the end
