Obsession

I loved you like an obsession
You stole my thoughts through the air I breathe
Without you I was nothing but dust in the wind
The dirt in the ground
A person without a shadow
Music with no sound
But with you I was
A heart with a beat
The melody so deep in my veins
It ran through my blood like cocaine
Addicted I was to your smile and your touch
To the words you say they stuck to my heart
Unbroken this love for you
 So sick and twisted
Etched in the walls of my heart
This love will take me to the edge of hell
But with no fear
I will take u all
Even If it means
Losing my sanity……

Lay

Lay your head in my chest
Feel my heart race when you’re near
Look into my eyes and realize
That this is real
I found what I needed in you
My heart has been completed
I have fallen in love with what you have brought
Into my life
I don’t ever want you to leave me
Hold my hand close to your heart
Show me that you feel the same and nothing less
Whisper into my ear that you love me
Please just hold me close
Promise me that we will stay like this forever
Let our hearts beat to the same rhythm
Our minds and bodies become one
You are my king and I your queen
Soul mates we are
Always meant to be ….

Pure

It’s hard to let go of a love

So pure and unconditional

That only kills you and surrounds you with
Darkness

You give but never receive they take till they leave you
Empty

There’s an echo where your heart used to be

As you cry you hold your chest as if to feel something there

But he took it all

Tears streaming down your eyes

Now you don’t have a choice but to let go

You have lost your sense of reality

The person who once gave you balance now mocks you

And you lay there with tears still in your eyes

Thinking how could love so pure

Can cut so deep……
