Vindictive Sanctuary

Introduction: Blindfolded the world fades today, optimism awaits tomorrow...

Lies have many expressions
Can make one follow the mistaken,
Love has countless sensations
Can make one feel awaken,
Seek out the truth from its buried nation
As the deception has made it forsaken

No one knows where you’d disappear
For things you care is what you feel,
No one knows of what you hear,
One day you will deem what’s real
Ask Almighty to steer you clear
Help you save from your ordeal

Saving Grace

Introduction: Don’t you quit no matter how hard it is, no matter how much you struggle.
This is called life; this is the test, with its twists and turns. Make the best out if it.
We just have to believe in Almighty’s light, His saving grace and follow the Grande hope
up to the end of the tunnel, until the end of our lives.

When time gets tough, days seem long
As sometimes it does, you feel the song,
When heroes depart, hearts sink below
And most of us smile, as we feel them glow,
When past calls back to remind us of them
Some tears fall down, even out of gem.

When life gets rough, through those tough times
Just don’t give up, on hope we survive,
We wonder how everything’s still here
That’s when we believe, we have Him to share,
Faith is that bird, which reminds us at night
By singing its songs, that calls us to light

Confusions arise, when fear overcomes
Happiness glow dim, as trusts come undone,
Hearts and rules are made to be broken
In order to improve those that’s unspoken,
Some may confound the truth with the lies
That’s why He gave, us these two eyes.

You make your own choice with the dreams you shelter
That seems way uphill, just makes you stronger,
If you fall thousand times, you don’t quit the tour
You succeed one time and you reach your goal,
To some it seems hard, to you it’s the art
Some may just quit but you try and try, till the new start.

Tears of the Broken

Introduction: At some point of our lives, someone close to us departs off to the next
phase. We think of the good times and try not to think the bad; but sometimes it haunts us
back to how we responded in a naive way for our juvenile wishes. And sometimes we see them
in our dreams at the utmost optimism and glory. But the fact that we get to realize what
we did back then may have cherished and broken their souls in some ways, we always wonder
if we could alter the deeds that wounded their affection in our times of immaturity…And
pray that we get a second chance to do so for our next life. *the first two lines have some inspiration from another piece*

Even if our hearts were as strong as a storm, we’d still feel a little bit sad Knowing that we’ve lost our grandfather, our friend, our dad. For so many years, we’ve felt their presence In so many ways, we’ve felt complete, But truly, even if we deny – We sometimes skip a heartbeat. Our lives are nothing but their memories and their art, Orbiting us each day, reminding us of who we are Where we stand and to whom we belong, We pray and cry up oceans for them night after night Praying to be together just one more time, in the worlds of light. But yes you are so fortunate, that you got to leave, You’ve made it to the greater step, I pray for us to meet. May your soul be blessed and may it shine brighter than the sun, Again and again ‘I love you’ it’s not a lie, I may not have said it that much But I hope you knew inside, even if I may have been unkind as such Nothing is left for us to do but feel the tears stream down our eyes For we, once in a while have broken their hearts with one or two lies, Their face glows and vividly fades away from our dreams those nights That’s when we fall, fall down to our knees, pray for we could have changed The ways we reacted back in those days. Thoughts of those moments, thoughts of their sorrow smile Now makes us realize how we never cared, For that to overcome, we treasure the good times we’ve shared, The times we’ve heard them say “You’ve made me proud” The times we’ve felt them lay their hands, oh so be crowned. Their tender touch, their forgiveness Their blessings for us and their happiness, We pray to feel it all again Bring it all again, To the eternal life, after this time.

Long Way To Go

Introduction: Eyes can be deceiving...So don't give up with a snap because Its only the
beginning. Fight it, ease in your future and make it glow from the gray vicinity.

We exist in an age of shadow,
Shadows that we blindly follow
The moments when we feel so cold,
That is where we need to mold

There are many roads to take,
And judgments to make
No one’s going to make our choice,
It’s something we hold within our voice

At times the path seems to be a dead-end,
That’s the part where everything really extend
We still got a long way to go,
So, don’t stroll out and believe it’s the end

Course of Nature

Introduction: Nature works in a mystical way…

In dark sparkles blink
In patterns scattered through the sky
Gone with a stormy wink

New Beginning

Introduction: It’s a piece dedicated to the lullaby of a different kind. It’s something which has happened to many out there, but the experience is distinctively significant…

A priceless surprise, silenced all in its tune By a soft heavenly cry, from the delivery room Only a few hours was the night; so young Where for the first time, she opened her eyes, While by her side her dearly loved one For the last time, closed her teary eyes Father held her near and resounded to her cry; But all mother could share was, this lullaby – The long last beep from the ECG Echoed her heartbeat…The last goodbye Happiness and sadness broke through the night With streams of tears for mother’s plight; She never had the chance to hold her close But left precious prayers that never left her side As she came down to their hearts Her soul flew up high apart, The transfer of two lives through one, Their journey was complete and done Caught within that reverie He conveyed the Azaan through her ears, In the wake of such irony He fell down to prostrate in tears When all hopes seemed to end, father’s prayer did transcend O’ Almighty became her closest friend and had for her a Grande plan, Under HIS mercy and HIS guide, she flourished through the darkest nights To a new beginning – she set off to write.

Realm of Reality

Introduction: Life is a mystery with many ups and downs throughout the journey. The
journey filled with thoughts of tranquility and turmoil. But the perfect sensation is the
time when you get to feel closer to your Almighty, the one who understands you the best,
your closest friend, your hope and light, your solution to every problem, The mystery you
came to life to solve and to believe in.
Even in the happiest and the saddest moments, He is always there when you need Him.

Right now I am, thinking what to write
Holding my pen, it’s almost midnight,
I’m truly out of words, to express my whole life,
It’s so absurd, cut all pain through a knife
And I wish I could feel, Your presence in my soul
I know that You know, what I am going through
And I’m not sure I believe, unless I really feel
But I know when You’re not there, so I pray to feel You near

Now I can see, what this life is about
Now I do know, I’m too lost without,
Diamond in the rough, that’s what I was
But now I’m reborn by the shower of Your bliss
I’d die to satisfy, I’d do everything I can,
No matter how tough, after all I’m a man
I won’t fall apart, You’re always in my heart
I’d swim oceans and more, only to be Your friend

This undying grace of Your creation,
Time and space, more than perfection
You’ve opened my eyes and showed me the truth
You’ve blessed peace to my soul; I know what’s my role
I see two key coins, one black and one white
And all I have to join, the one with your light
Life is as it is, we make it our own
Hard or easy, full or alone

Everything grows, as they all involve
With the rose you put down, to show us what’s love
I wake up early, to see Your beauty,
Throughout the morning sun, I feel complete and done,
I drive all the way and see my problems solved,
By Your love from above, I stand still so firm
Everything I do, everywhere I go,
Every moment I breathe, I remind myself of You…my Almighty.

Iris of Poetry

Introduction: We don't really think deep enough about "What A Poetry Actually Is", the
obvious question which we all know but don't think how to really elaborate on. We mostly
see the story, depth and the purpose it delivers. Well, here's one a little bit different
this time...

Poetry is the reflection of our lives like in the mirror,
It is something we can relate to and share.
It's our memories written in jumbled words,
It's like a song, with a meaning it holds.

A mere idea of our mystical lives,
Expressed in a way from deep inside
A way which only the heart can see,
A place where the eyes get cold-feet

The earnest truth and the sweetest lies,
It's all the irony that makes poetry so alive.

Notbroken

introduction: We have two eyes, two ears, two hands, two feet but one soul.
We came to this world for many purposes, for many tests. And among all the tests, we are
here to find our perfect companion to make our lives actually complete and start a new
expedition. Two tracks merged into one that can never be separated. And to make the ground
not get cracked, we need to be that strong enough…no matter how many earthquake drives by.

When the glowing sun will shine,
I’ll start my quest to seek my fate
The moment when you will be mine,
You will know why you’re so great

Now, I’ve tried so hard to make you realize
You really don’t have to be afraid,
Of all the things you feel alive
Your soul is as elegant as a pure jade

When time comes we all have to go,
Because life never stays all frozen
And when the night falls upon your door,
I need you to be Notbroken.

When I’m gone, you be strong
I need you to wipe your tears and believe,
No matter how far away, I’m always here with you
As you’re my truth, my fate, my everything...

A Way To Freedom

Introduction: *A Piece for Islam*...Skins will olden, but souls will revive. Only if we believe and survive.

Islam is the way to freedom,
It's my pass to Thy Kingdom
My Taqwa, my Ibadah, my Tawbah
I shall never abandon

In this month I wear a vest
Where In pockets live the best,
Thy mercy is only I seek
My humble one request.

This rainfall, Thou bestowed Thy bliss
Upon our souls and bravura trees,
It's everything a Muslim as I
Should need to spend within my Deen.

Ya Rahman! Ya Rahim!
Ya Allah! My Allah!
Only to Thee I submit,
Only in Thee I believe.

At hours of darkness I prostrate
Thus every day Thy grant and heal
The scars I bear in fights for You,
To You my faith is beyond surreal

The struggle I admire to bear
It pulls me towards You so near,
In this month I share and care,
I won't wipe off my stream of tears

In the Night of Power,
In Laylat al-Qadr,
I cry for Thy forgiveness
I pray for Thy guidance.

O' Allah! O' Redeemer!
To Thee I do surrender,
My life in Thy presence it shines, I breathe so brightly; I survive
As long as I'm alive this way, Inshallah I pray I’ll do just fine.
