I see the flower blooming
As the sun shines bright
It opens very slowly
and lets in the light
The beauty is incredible
Like nothing seen before
The milky shiny colour
No one could ignore
But now the sky is cloudy
The sun is almost gone
The flower closes quickly

I know that we have had tough times
as most moms and daughters do
the arguing , fighting and silent treament
well you know what we have been through
But we also have had many great times
cuddling ,laughing and carrying on
like the time we got all goofy
and wrestled on the front lawn.
Now your sixteen and a little more mature
friends, boyfriends and parties are of more interest
so goofing around and cuddling are far and few
but that's just how life is and how a teen should be
I just thought writing this for you would let you know
how much I love you and give me a chance to tell you
you mean the world to me.

I couldn't imagine life without you

The way you help me through the day

Always there in the evening

The sun is shinning and warming the air
I close my eyes and look up to feel the heat
Its amazing how my skin is warming
I hear the birds singing in the trees
I keep my eyes closed still feeling the heat
I feel a drop of water on my face it can't be
How can it be my eyes are still closed
I still feel the heat then another drop
I wipe my cheek and open my eyes to see
the bright sun above the birds singing
and the drops of water on my cheekswell
they were coming from me......
