The Brave

THE BRAVE

So we all have,
Inside of us, the brave,
The one who would not cave
To none, nor any trade.
Forsaken what we made,
By hand, by mind or fate.
The look in our eyes is true.
As long as the sky remains blue,
Darkness of the night cannot undo,
The power of a few.
The strength of me and you.
The voices all became one voice
Opinionated by one choice,
Let out firmly and with poise
The sound of peace without a noise,
Without tremors, without ploys.

Of Broken Heart

Of broken heart

I’m looking through the glass and falling apart
Quietly and barely breathing
And all the scattered pieces of my broken heart
Still get her beating.

I see nothing beyond that foggy glass
It has no meaning.
As I feel lonesome in my own unconscious class
And have no healing.

My mind is rushing way too fast,
Running
For all that love that had me passed
And glowing.

That glow is gone and now a mere shade
Of pale.
Rests on my face in cruel trade
As I am stale.

Sadness takes its lethal toll…
My eyes
Watering for everything and all
That dies.

Of all the souls I knew so far,
Yours and alone
Is where I want to be a falling star
From morning until dawn.

Voices from afar sound somewhat calm,
Missing the sun.
The little dove I keep so loving in my palm
Will fly away when I am gone.

And when I’m gone his wings will tell
Quietly and barely beating
Of where my broken heart had fell
Lost and forgiving.

If I die a thousand and one times
Or tries
I know I’ll be the wind dancing your chimes
And live forever in your eyes.

Only You

Only you

For you my heart is burning
The memories in little clips
The wheels of time are turning
And this clock never sleeps

For you my eyes are fading
Your face is all I see
Like yesterday we're walking
Together, just you and me.

I lost myself
in losing you,
I lose myself
looking for you
I look at all the faces
even the ones with two
I'm trying to find traces,
traces of only you.

For you my soul is aching
My hands forgot to touch
The life that you are breaking
And I still , still, love you so much

I lost myself
in losing you,
I lose myself
looking for you
I look at all the faces
even the ones with two
I'm trying to find traces,
traces of only you.
