The smile of a child,trying to climb on his foot,
trusts the mother to hold on ,and that builds his youth.
the child as a youth moves on every possibility
trusting on his teacher and his reliability
Then the life takes the youth to the next level,
challenging his credibility and making him face hell.
Along with experience he learns the legacy,
that trust is more when there is intimacy.
Slowly by pace the trust grows cent by cent
with gradual involvement and engagement.
Then there's a task and a timeline to keep,
and he finds trust works very well in a partnership
And finally the task is achieved and a smile on his lips,
The glory is great ,and such simple is the skill of leadership.

Biplab Mahadani Poem
Looking across the dark night, I try , to know my mistakes,
To know why I'm here ,to know why my life shakes.
Nothing seems to go right ,everything is still the same ,
yet in my foresight ,I tremble to smile again.
Lost count of the stars ,as well as the tears falling by,
singing to the tune of, lone birds in the sky.
All efforts seem to go in vain, as I cry and breakdown,
trying to search that hand to wipe my tears and frown.
Missing every past moment, of joy as well sorrow,
uncertainties hanging above, graving over my tomorrow .
Losing every hope I had ,I close my eyes in emptiness ,
listening to the empty silence ,tortured by loneliness.
I dream of the day, the day sun would rise,
make me feel good ,and my mistakes I may realize.

The cool winter breeze blowing across me,
the sweet little bird flying in the sky free.
Everything so cool and calm around
all happiness lost,seems again to be found,
in the nature of life with the cool winters
and always hope for good with crossed fingers
Such a season,physically changing the mind,
cooling off every anger,whatever that I find.
Along with the breeze the winter brings in
the warmth of happiness,and a lovely dream
The dream of a girl,smiling at me
everything looks beautiful ,just as is she.
Walking along with her ,I'm always at ease
she holds my hand and we walk in the winter breeze.

One fine morning I had a thought,
from the love of my life,a surprise i sought.
She went blank on what she could give
after all she is all for whom I live
My request ,neither could she turn down
nor did she want to see my frown.
Then an awesome thought struck her
a poem she decided to write on her lover
Though a bit tough ,was her first one
and the flow of words came alone
Finally it was ready but she wasn't sure
whether it will be enough for her love's cure
So overwhelmed I felt, how could I ever tell
Just can tell that I Love you whether in heaven or hell

I remember those moments that we spent together
With a happy and cheerful face thought it would be the same forever.
Never did I imagine nor did I care of
To think of the times when we would be far of.
Even at the times of separation there wasn’t any kind of unhappiness
For never did I experience such feelings of uneasiness.
The thin threads of intimacy were broken at the very moment
When I saw the last of you and sat there to cry and lament .
Sometimes though I did feel assured knowing time was a great healer
But then time also fails to cure the wounds which remain forever.
Inspite of this cruel reality my intuition said something different
Though I knew you would never come back but still I wished something different .
Of course this has now been a part and parcel of my life with the daily happenings going on as ever,
Rarely do you come in my thoughts except for the lonely moments when I remember……..

The nice swift wind,blows across my face
hitting me cold,in the life's bitter race.
The streets are lonely and lone I'm walking,
in the cold hostile air,hardly I'm smiling.
Searching for the one who held my hands
to make me feel warm like the magic wands
Still moving alone in the path of life
feeling the pain through the edge of knife
Still wishing to go back in time to childhood
playing on streets like those in the neighborhood
far better than moving alone searching for the one
who comforts me just like the morning sun
The nice swift wind ,seems romantic no longer
neither the cool breeze feels like the earlier.

What’s the use of living
When there’s no motive to do so
With life being so cheap
And peoples thinking even low
The reality of life
Still hidden from us
But no one’s here to
Explore it and create a fuss
Life couldn’t have been ever easier
And also couldn’t have been ever wicked
With its beautifulness crushed
Under the huge burden of the sicked
Peace was a word
Used in the ancient past
Now the word has
No meaning in any of the castes
Gone are the days
Of beautiful delights
Where people could enjoy
The brilliant night lights
The onset of everyday
Now brings in some new fear
Presence of guiltiness in people
Prevents even to summon their near
No one cares actually about
The essence of real life
Whose value they can’t realize
The fact being, they have lost their life

Forgetful are those moments
which have passed by
and if I don't forget them
I shall surely cry
The moments which didn't last a few seconds
but do have a great importance
it surely occurred amidst my friends
but neither of them could ever sense
The moments which I knew
The moments which she knew
The moments of unwilling strangeness
in which neither of us could confess
She kept on searching something
which she could never find
but by the looks on her face
I knew what went on her mind
The moments when we met together
by some strange co-incidences
she always did try to avoid me
creating an artificial strangeness
Moments when we met alone
I could see in her eyes clearly
that she talked to me as such
she was made to do forcefully
Surely I must forget these moments
but how can I do so
with life so close to her
where I must surely go.

Never been like now
everyone turning into stone,
And I'm left here
fighting all alone.
Days have gone by
of happiness and joy,
lost somewhere in the crowd
leaving me alone to cry.
Never did i ever expect
to face conditions as now,
can't believe in myself
and still asking how??
Wrecked are the nights
with the dull moon shining
just above my head
watching me crying.
Beware ! the world
and let it be known,
that I'll come back
fighting all alone!!!

And the day arrives, day of the new dawn
where I can play my own moves, no longer a pawn.
Learning from every moment, every creature
thus starts my new affair again with nature
Eager, excited and looking around for more
mind racing almost through every store
Leaving behind , memories of past
few sweet, few sour, who knows, how long they last
A new found innocence, like a new born baby
I find myself curious and crazy
Walking on a new path, just the beginning,
no idea how long I would have this feeling.
And yes! the day has arrived, day of the new dawn,
capturing all happiness ,my portrait has finally been drawn.
