Driving Miss Daisy

Commit to the turn!
Turn, Turn, Turn!!!
I am behind you, see me burn!
If you turn on your blinker
That means your going left or right
The way you drive leaves me in a fright!
Anxious I may be to get on my way
But your driving (or lack there of) is keeping us all at bay
As I take a deep breath and say a prayer for you
I am reminded that I have a grandma too
If you’re old or very young indeed
Here are some instructions for driving day by day
Commit to the turn!
Turn, Turn, Turn!!!

O Jelly Fish

Dancing in the night
Their tentacles long and sheer……
Beauty in the deep

Pebb

Wonder if they know…
Just how hard my family works

“Furlough Days” as they like to call it
A cut in pay as we like to call it…..

Here nor there, there are lots of little quirks…..

Now the budgets in trouble again, let’s make them pay

And pay

And pay again!

No more furloughs they said
(As cheers roar through the crowd) “Whhoohoo”
We will just make them pay for their PEBB…..
That’s what we dread

I Pray

Solace and Such Stance
Souls of Lovers Never Thrive....
But What a Sweet Treat

River In Early July

Flowing, sparkling, refreshingly clear
Dipped in my toes, ah yes too cold -just as I feared

The Depth of Love

Deep breath
Diving into warm waters
Looking around
Bliss
So deep
My heart stops.

I’m waiting……………
