Mary Dragon Poem
When the money rolls in,
But my wallets wearing thin,
What really did I gain?
More problems, expenses,
More purchases to mask the pain.
Need a loan for my habits? It's easy out here.
For skincare, for make-up... The marketing is top tier.
I gain the income,
But lost my time...
All of my energy expended, yet no progress made and no shine.
"I'll spend time on that idea,"
I tell myself, again.
Before I watch another video, then share it to your friend.
Forgot to move for 60 minutes,
But always had junk food on hand.
Didn't dress for the gaze of others, though didn't feel your glow when others didn't understand.
Hoped someone messaged,
The anxiety festered,
And the connection turned cold and suddenly I felt helpless.
So connected but so distant...
Have others felt this?
Did connection to divinity feel this empty?
Does the "ding" feel fulfilling for longer than a second?
Until the next hit... The silent addiction that is so multi sensory.
They liked me, they wanted me, but at what expense?
Walking around feeling beautiful... But ever so tense.
Access to every mechanism to sabotage ourselves. Adulthood, they call it... A never ending Spell.
Of opportunities, with lessons.
Grow, grow, grow again.
God sent me darkness who were dressed as friends.
We are the darkness too... And when I realised this, I flew...
Closer to God, our roots intertwined... No separation from fear of judgement, punishment or limiting teachings from my youth.
I've had it all, and I've had none. All of the attention then complete isolation... Both can be fun. Both bring lessons... The world and ourselves.
It's difficult to emerge again, to be present in both and to come out of my shell.
I lost God when I gained it all... And couldn't find Him the same.
I found God better... My way. The God who loves me without shame.
My imperfections are a journey and my mistakes brought me here.
With the understanding of the beauty and magic of us, our world and Divinity... I really have nothing to fear.

Mary Dragon Poem
I can see you, cycling through the pain.
It's overlapping now, you know yourself, including before the tears fall as rain.
The tension, your tight back and strained Warning Signals are flaring...
Clenching your jaw while standing in the mirror, staring.
Participating in helping and raising others, requires constant transformation of yourself.
This body, it feels it... Stiff like a doll on a shelf.
The experiences, they took a toll and the mind is so powerful.
The Mind helped you push through and now your bodies whispers are screams, your soul empty but so full.
Rest, my dear body... Your timelines have overlap.
See clearly, dear Mind... Come home and free yourself from the trap.
Of fighting or running, the endless quest for answers...
Listen to what you know, slow down and you'll travel faster.

Mary Dragon Poem
Thinking,
Feeling,
Moving,
Breathing fast and slow.
Questioning,
Releasing,
Learning,
"Where will my life go?"
Extending,
Contracting,
Radiating,
Sometimes shrinking when need be.
Remembering,
Experiencing,
Calling,
Who you were always meant to meet.
Shining,
Climbing,
Sinking,
Bouncing off the bottom floor.
Enjoying,
Embracing,
Attempting,
Brave is the one who questions what it's all for.

Mary Dragon Poem
Sometimes, My Mum is Boring...
She's always cleaning the house.
It feels that way anyway,
She's trying to catch that silly mouse.
Sometimes, She's busy when I want to play,
It makes me a little sad...
I wish she was ready when I was ready,
It doesn't feel that way Sometimes.
But my Mummy... She makes the best food! And she always reads at night.
She teaches me things, lots of things,
And protect me from spooky sights.
She gives the best hugs,
And can have the most serious stare.
She's sooo beautiful,
But in the morning you should see her hair!
My Mummy, yeah She's boring...
But She's really, honestly great.
She loves me and that's enough,
Though sometimes it's hard to wait.
The End.

Mary Dragon Poem
Is your mind no longer serving you?
Is the method, the plan, not working?
Endless jobs, endless goals achieved... You have the answers but aren't full.
Did you know there is and always was a plan that was bigger than our minds could ever comprehend?
How deeply can you hear without your ears, dear Brother and Sister...?
How loudly can you hear your gut and the whispers from the wind?
Strength does not only lie in logic, nor in only empathy/intuition.
An epidemic of extremely intelligent minds... Lost in the loop.
Aging and Achieving, also emptying not filling.
Your mind isn't the one who knows your childhood self is waiting for you.
Start your life again... Do we continue attempting to control a divine and magical world ? Or flow with it and begin to plan how we actually want life to look...
Which includes time and space to hear yourself and your bodies whispers... Before it screams.
We build our later in life plan by not listening now.
God bless.

Mary Dragon Poem
The Big One and the Small One,
They held hands in the cosmos,
Before they came here.
They chose one another,
To learn from,
To try things,
To look back,
To try again.
They didn't know it at first,
But nothing happened out of the blue.
The stars had aligned,
Their sizes different but centres the same.
The Big One...
And the Small One.
Invisible before they were here,
floating and preparing,
Now their hands can feel and their eyes can see.
It seemed familiar, like they'd met before.
The Big One and the Small One,
Always meant to be,
A seed planted at the source,
A flower blooming and cycling.
What a blessing to witness
The End.

Mary Dragon Poem
My man, he is a dreamer,
His visions fill the skies!
His eyes ring loud with truth,
His heart, it tells no lies.
My fears, they are dwindling...
My flashbacks, they are daydreams!
Our love, it grows like flowers,
But powers like a train on steam.
Come together, work together, we know each other now!
We understood our lessons and now we can unite!
Each other we have found and there is no more fight!
I love you, my dear, for you and I are right!
The nights alone were worth it,
Our cries were always heard!
The chances taken noticed...
Now together, but apart first!
My man, he is artist...
The men, they stare in blank!
Oh I, I am an artist...
The women's frowns say "walk the plank!"
The journey, it's been hard and fast...
And slow, left and oh so right!
Busy scenes and ourselves last...
Let's say goodbye to our pasts.
We'll pack them in our van,
And we'll sing our first goodbye!
Our last goodbye alone, it's time to say "we can!"
The journey, it's worth it, Dear!
The scars, the tears, the hurt.
It's not for us, my Beautiful...
The Magic is here, let's feel it first.
Come together, work together, we know each other now!
We understood our lessons and now we can unite!
Each other we have found and there is no more fight!
I love you, my dear, for you and I are right!

Mary Dragon Poem
Whether the dirt is red,
Sandy or dusty,
You are home with you.
Whether the skies are overcast,
Pouring, Filled with electricity,
Or wide open and blue.
You'll hear everyone's methods,
An opportunity and lesson,
Each connection a paver.
Times will test and confuse,
Heart racing or hands sweating,
Each conflict you become braver.
A road of your own, stones different than before,
Never yet seen by others,
And not able to be comprehended.
There will be times of loneliness, sorrow and pain,
When hope is missing, have faith,
Those things were meant to have ended.
Let go again and again, taking pieces from the road,
One day you'll turn around,
And see the work that felt a chore.
Paving blindly, it seemed,
Now a path to walk others along,
Hold their hands, even if no one held yours.
Let them learn and source their pavers,
That you couldn't comprehend...
It's their turn now, you've done a good job my friend.

Mary Dragon Poem
There was a young girl who lived in the bush,
There weren't many people around, she looked.
There were a lot of trees, tall they stood.
Bugs tiny and fast,
take care of them, Mum said she should.
When the sun rose, her skin felt good.
When the sun set, it was time to read a book.
When she picked berries, she was careful how many she took.
When the grass russled, she didn't take a look.
When the fields called, she put on her boots.
When the skies turned dark, the stars would shoot.
There was a young girl who lived in the bush,
There weren't many people around, she looked.
Though the flowers, birds and muddy puddles filled her heart up just as good.

Mary Dragon Poem
"Why, God?
So many Sacred Sons.
Some shining or burned caramel,
And some of pearl.
Some who loved their Mothers,
Some who I wanted to protect from them.
Many who I wanted to parent,
Many who I wished were my older brother who never came home.
So many I shared tears with,
And intimate moments.
The word love, exchanged with ease.
Conflict meaning instant distance.
This heart it opened,
And closed,
And opened.
And I listened, God.
I loved myself deeper,
Each time the cycle ended.
I emerged again, I applied the new.
I fell on my knees, time and time again.
My hands opened wider and my tears grew saltier.
Why, God?
I listened,
I followed.
Why is it never me?
Why does it never last?
Who was the Son I heard the song about in my heart?
The one from my visions?
Forever a chapter, always learning myself again.
How long have I been doing this?
How many lifetimes, God?
What am I missing?...
I met myself.
I guess it's time to do it again.
And again, God.
Some things I don't understand.
The list it grows.
The leverage to leave does also.
I love myself and I know myself.
Enough chapters, God.
I am tired."
