Butterfly in the dark
Butterfly oh butterfly do your wings still glow 
Through troubles and problems does your light lead you home ? 
Or are you lost when in the dark when the  problems cloak you too much to go home
Butterfly in the dark can your light lead me back home or have my problems overgrown
Past the gardens of hope and the rivers of delight 
Butterfly in the dark how have you preserved your glow ? 
Through perseverance or more pain then man could know 
For your glow makes me wonder how much have your wings beat through ?
