Gypsy soul

In the heart of a girl, both gypsy and hippie intertwined,
A free spirit with visions of peace, with love in mind.
She dances to the rhythm of the earth’s beating heart,
A seeker of truth, of unity to impart.

Her soul adorned with colorful scarves in the wind,
Tales of travel, of stories from each place she’s been.
She weaves love into words like a sacred art,
Spreading kindness and compassion as her part.

Her gaze is a mirror of the beauty she’s seen,
In each blooming flower, every rainbow’s sheen.
She dreams of a world where hate has no place,
Embracing diversity, with love as the embrace.

She walks barefoot in meadows where wildflowers sway,
A warrior for love in a world that’s astray.
Her spirit knows no bounds, her love a blazing fire,
A beacon of hope, lifting spirits ever higher.

In her heart, the gypsy and hippie unite,
Guiding her path towards what is true and right.
With a song in her soul and peace as her goal,
She’ll bring more love, less hate to heal each wounded soul

Loves guiding light

Love, a tempest's steady hand,
Guiding me across the land.
Through storms of doubt and fear's dark night,
Your light has shone so ever bright.
Like a steadfast ship upon the sea,
You've weathered storms with me.
Through trials and tribulations' strife,
Love has been the source of life.
A beacon shining ever true,
Guiding me to paths anew.
Through darkness, doubt, and despair's deep night,
Your love has filled my world with light.
A force unwavering, steadfast, strong,
Love has carried me my life along.

Safe harbor

She bore the weight of a stormy past,
Waves of sorrow that forever cast.
He carried burdens, heavy and deep,
Scars that whispered, secrets to keep.
They met in twilight, where shadows collide,
Two souls adrift, seeking a place to hide.
In shared glances, a silent plea,
A yearning for solace, a longing to be free.
He offered her shelter, a safe, quiet space,
She brought him sunshine, erasing every trace
Of the darkness that lingered, the pain they'd endured,
Together they healed, their love was assured.
In his arms, she found a haven of peace,
A place where her worries could finally cease.
His touch, a gentle balm on her wounded soul,
A love that mended, making her whole.
She was his beacon, his guiding light,
Leading him away from the darkest night.
Her laughter, a melody that filled his heart,
A love that blossomed, a brand new start.
No longer alone, their burdens they shared,
A bond unbreakable, beyond compare.
In stolen moments, their spirits took flight,
Two wounded hearts, finding their guiding light.
They faced the world, hand in hand they'd stand,
Their love a fortress, built on shifting sand.
Together they weathered life's every storm,
Their safe harbor, keeping them warm.
In the tapestry of life, their threads entwined,
A story of love, beautifully defined.
From darkness to light, their journey complete,
In each other's arms, their sanctuary sweet.

I painted us perfect

I painted us perfect,
love's untarnished gleam,
but your control chipped away
at the heart of my dream.
Five years, a gilded cage
where freedom slipped away,
now your betrayal's echo
darkens every day.
His whispers poisoned trust,
his games left me confined,
wounds deep and lingering,
a love redefined.

In the south

In the South, where the magnolias bloom,
And the sweet tea flows in the afternoon,
Where the cicadas sing their evening tune,
And the fireflies dance beneath the moon.

The air is thick with summer's heat,
Yet the shade of oaks provides retreat,
Front porches creak with stories old,
Of love and loss, of hearts so bold.

The fields of cotton, white as snow,
Stretch far and wide, row after row,
The scent of jasmine fills the air,
A Southern charm beyond compare.

The honeysuckle's fragrance sweet,
Mingles with the summer heat,
Underneath the starry sky,
Where constellations catch the eye.

Hospitality is a way of life,
Neighbors greet with warmth, not strife,
A slower pace, a gentle grace,
In the South, we find our place.
