African Child

Am an African child
Being out here Tryna penetrate into the world
I still recall the roots that I got
That's how deep it has sink in my heart
For all the struggle, I can't lose the focus
Neither I can't give up, it isn't an option
To quit? No that's a temporary failure.
    I've had so many barriers
    But I'm here to conquer,
    coz I'm an African warrior

    Remember am an African child
With the same energy When I fall, I still rise
I came with a purpose, that keeps me going
    Knowing where I'm coming from
    I'll never be discouraged
    Knowing where I've to reach
    I feel motivated
Knowing It's a must battle to win
    I'll fight with courage
    Because I'm an African child

To Her Rescue

For the basis of love, it's always sweet
As if it will last whenever the love is deep
The bond which seemed to be unbreakable
To no avail, the promises are unbearable

Look, for the past months you got to recall
You've been hurt the most, regard it as a final whistle
Beautiful moments fading away
The beatings, falling like heavy rain
Real men never fight, now he got to make excuses
If his love was visible, you would see it clear
You can't even feel it, not when he's near
Life can be great, but not when you can't see it
Love is exquisite but not when you can't find it

I guess you never imagined seeing yourself happy
Knowing that all men are dogs, but the barking vary
I am not perfect but your heart I'll carry
I am down, because it's you I'll marry
Restore your smile, for anything you don't have to be worried
Never suffer in the name of love, because it's a beautiful thing
Shared by two, and to get someone like you
Of course, it's every man's dream
Thus, I consider me lucky to rescue you

Its how i wish

It’s how i wish
distance was never there.
I wish I could pull you closer
and whisper that I care.

Every now and then,
every thought of you
finds me missing you more.

It’s how I wish
I was right there beside you,
able to open my heart
and let you in completely.

My Words

The power in ur eyes gat mi thinking,
The Happiest moments that we share
with real love which grows by time never in a minute
I could re-write the alphabet just for you & i to be close
You shinning like Astar, what an angel sent from above
Still l'm promising to be true and give my all to you
For the medicine your love has gat mi overdozed
Many says Iove ls blind but I can see it in ur eyes
And Of Course i see a queen in you
All in All it's you i choose
The long awaited naked truth,
Today i undress my words.

Sally

I choose to call her Sally,
because she holds a place
no one else can reach.

There’s something about her smile
Yet I can only call it perfect.

And in her eyes,
a spark lives,
the kind that ignites fire,
the kind you can’t look away from.

And somehow,
just being near her
feels like coming home.

It ain't too late

It started off so well, so good,
Every language we spoke, understood.
Forever, we thought, it would last,
Yet somehow, those moments slipped past.

We carried happy souls inside,
But now we ride a different tide.
To make amends, it’s not too late,
Yet pride keeps tossing feelings like fate.

Yes, things aren’t well, yet we let them slide,
Waiting for truth, while we choose what to hide.
We listen to what we want to hear,
Even when the answers are crystal clear.

You’ve been hurt, called names, misunderstood,
Yet here you remain—resilient, and good.
I know I’ve done things I cannot undo,
Actions and words you never knew.

But not all that’s spoken tells the truth,
Some are lies, some shadows of youth.
As the saying goes, though friends may stay,
Not all hearts wish us well along the way.

In the Dawn’s Gentle Light

In the dawn's gentle light, I see my mistake,
On our special day, I caused your heartache.
Forgive my foolishness, my words out of line,
I never meant to tarnish our love's shine.

With every breath, I regret the pain I caused,
In moments of anger, reason was paused.
But in the morning's glow, I see clear,
I'm sorry, my love, for my actions sincere.

Let me make amends, let me make it right,
I'll hold you close through the darkest night.
For in your embrace, I find my peace,
My love for you will never cease.

Damn, Its Her

I saw you once,
and the thought of you refused to leave.
The day was fleeting,
yet I wished the same for the night,
just to let the echo of you stay with me a little longer

I wrote you poems,
scattered my heart across notes,
believing I had mastered the assignment.
But no.....
it was your love language
I was only beginning to learn.

This is different.
Unpolished, unborrowed
Its raw from the depths of my heart.

Oh, when I met your eyes,
heard your voice,
felt your touch,
I thought I had tasted life’s sweetest wonders.
Then you smiled
And the world itself seemed to pause.

Damn.
The world confessed,
This girl is out of this world.
Beauty beyond dispute,
grace beyond argument.

Love at first sight?
Perhaps.
But whatever it is,
it feels eternal,
& to me it feels just right.
