Brandy and Petey: a Perfect Love Tail

Brandy and Petey, a duo so sweet
Their love is a bond that's hard to beat
Petey, her pooch, has stolen her heart
Together they make the perfect pair, never to part

Brandy and Petey, they walk every day
Exploring the world in their own special way
Their love knows no bounds, it's plain to see
As they wander the world, just Brandy and Petey

Petey, her pup, is more than a friend
He's with her both through thick and thin
He's loyal and kind, through and through
Everything Brandy wants and more, too

Brandy and Petey, they're quite the sight
As they roam through the fields, in the morning light
With a wag of his tail and a lick of her face
Petey has Brandy's heart, this is their place

Brandy's love for Petey can't be measured
Their bond is one that will last forever
Petey is the love of her life, it's plain to see
As they walk hand in paw, just Brandy and Petey.

Jesus Is In My Boat

Jesus is always in my boat,
His guiding hand a steady moat.
When the winds of life do blow,
He sits beside me, this I know.

The storms may try to toss me 'round,
But His presence keeps me sound.
The waves may crash and roar so loud,
But with Jesus, I will not be drowned.

His love and peace, my greatest oar,
In His truth I'll reach the shore.
For every challenge that I face,
Jesus is in my boat, His grace.

So I will trust in Him alone,
And let His light forever shone.
For Jesus is my captain true,
In my boat, He'll see me through.

God Doesn'T Make Mistakes

In this world so vast and great,
Mistakes are made, we know the fate.
But one thing we can hold so true,
Is that God's plan is always in view.

Every step we take, every breath we breathe,
Is guided by the Master's expertise.
The path we walk, though it may seem unsure,
Is paved by a love that's always pure.

The mountains high, the valleys low,
Each one in place to help us grow.
The challenges we face, the joys we find,
All a part of God's design.

For we are crafted in His very own image,
Shining stars in a vast cosmic village.
No mistake was ever made,
In the love of God we shall forever be swayed.

So trust in the journey, trust in the way,
Knowing that you are guided each day.
For God's perfect plan will always prevail,
And in His love, we'll never fail.

The Right Choice

the choice to see the right

oh my dear, let me
clarify
the difference between the
lefties, let's give it a try
first, we have the liberals,
quite moderate they are
they believe in rights, but
won't go too far.

next, we have leftists, a bit
more extreme
they want to tear the system down at its seams,
revolution is what they seek
to bring about change
their radical views might be
hard to arrange.

and then there's the
left-winger, they're the wild
child
they'll stand on the street
corner and they'll go wild
they'll yell and they'll scream, demanding their due,
and you'll wanna tear
your ears off before they're through.

So, whether it's 1…2…
or even 3,
Fact is, they're all still
crazy to me,
for i choose to stand
on the right,
where truth, and
God's word still count
for something in this world
that's lost its sight!

Jesus Is Her Everything

In my suffering without Him,
enriched, on her perfect soul,
She ceas’d to sing–
yield the blue,
beloved air,–

And then she found Jesus

Lay your eyes on the rising sun:
before I came to a
perfect change of time,
each day to sing

Return the song that
your true voice
again;
fell back upon her face
,
Jesus Is her everything

Eyes like a perfect
judge in time,
whispered my look
through the dark
night,

Lisped in her spirit and body
Laid my honest eyes
away;
Last night she
passed behind a
year

Lisped in her hand a
low voice,
She heard Him say

I am Jesus, your light,
and I am
your everything.

HONEYBUNNY

In the stillness of the night, I search for you,
not in the familiar curve of our bed,
but in the emptiness that clings to my heart,
a hollow where your laughter once lived.

They said the pain would soften,
that I’d learn to walk this road
with less sorrow,
with more strength.
But they didn’t know how your absence
would carve deeper wounds over time,
how the quiet would echo louder
as the years pass,
each one a marker of the love
I can no longer hold.

I see you in our daughter’s eyes,
a glimmer of the smile you gave the world,
and it breaks me.
I want to reach out,
to pull you back through her,
to feel your arms around me,
just once more.

The nights stretch long and lonely,
a sea of hours where sleep never comes easy.
But in my dreams,
you’re still here,
still mine.
I hear you whisper, “Honeybunny,”
the way you always did,
and for a brief moment,
I am home again.

Then I wake,
and the grief washes over me,
a tide that pulls me under,
leaving me lost,
grasping for the warmth
that is no longer there.

I wonder if you miss me too,
if you ache for my touch
as I do for yours.
Do you look for me among the stars,
whispering my name
the way I whisper yours in the dark?

I miss you, my love,
with a pain that no words can soothe,
a sadness that stretches across the years
like a bridge to nowhere.

But in the longing,
in the tears that never seem to end,
I find you,
still calling me your honeybunny,
still loving me
from the other side of this endless
night.

The Election Blues, But I Never Lose!

They said I’d win, no problem, no sweat,
But let me tell ya, folks, we’re not there yet.
The polls are fake, the news is too,
They twist my words—what else is new?

The debates? A circus, with clowns all around,
They rigged the mic, turned up the sound.
I crushed ‘em all, as only I do,
But somehow they spin it, make me look blue.

The rallies are huge, the crowds never end,
But the media? They won’t even pretend
To show what’s real—just lies they repeat.
I’m telling ya, folks, I don’t face defeat.

The lawsuits? A witch hunt, plain as day,
But I’m still here, never going away.
I’ve got the stamina, I don’t need sleep,
While my opponents, well, they’re just sheep.

Twitter’s my weapon, my words are gold,
Best tweets ever, or so I’m told.
They ban me here, block me there,
But guess what? I’m still everywhere.

So yeah, this election’s been tough, it’s true,
But I’m not one to give up the view.
The White House? It’s mine, just wait and see,
You’ll be saying “Trump” till eternity.

There Once Was a Man Named Trump

Once there was a man named Trump,
Whose hair was quite the frump,
He tweeted and he blustered,
But his speeches all just flustered.

He called himself a businessman,
But really just a Twitter fan,
He touted his great wall plan,
But ended up with no real stand.

With each golf game he played,
The American people just brayed,
For they knew this man's charade,
Would lead our country to fade.

So let us all come together,
And vow to make Americba better,
Without this man's orange weather,
We'll prosper and succeed forever.
