The Sin

A Sin

In a daze attacked by bullets of pain
Sharp stings to the heart and soul
Another lie opens up for a rear view
The hour of departure reaches its goal
For in a field of gold lies the inevitable
My patience to unravel the truth
Like a shadow on a wall she moves
Destroying what’s left between me and you

Release Me From the Pain

Release me from the pain

I could sit here staring at the wall
Pretend to be deaf, go blind and fall
I could splash some puddles in the rain
For my heart's like a river once again
I could climb the highest of all mountains
Finding out what it is that bounds us
I could sail the seven seas and return
yet water ain´t good for the burn

Release me from the pain
Break the tides I'm drowning
Release me from my brain
Break the waves of doubting

I could smoke some weed and get high
then show you inside the softer side
I could breath in, exhale bit by bit
breathing in till numbness hits
I could preach about the afterglow
While the rush inside starts to flow
I could end the battle and be disarmed
as you´ve become the needle in my arm

Release me from the pain
Break the tides I'm drowning
Release me from your brain
Break the waves of doubting

I could be your cello , your tambourine
Get you back in tune to where we've been
I could release the drumming in your ears
Soften and silence all your troubled fears
I could have been your satellite in space
picking up on love when it's out of place
But I can not loose myself another time
For second chances never form a rhyme

So I don't think I will
Loose myself waiting for the kill
No I don't think I will
Loose myself waiting for the thrill

Set You Free

Set you free I'm on the outside looking in i hear your words, as they're sinking in my head's filled up with your promises but what remains is so much less I'm on the inside looking out i see the signs as they're singled out redflags pop up and the end is near i might be blond, but not dumb my dear SO if you wanna go out and see pretend we're not exclusively I give you my blessing darlin for you no longer are with me I set you free, i let you be I set you free I'm on the edge of no return u take my hand but i feel it burn it's like the devil's keeping score while angels speak & I cant ignore Intuition is something I've learned to trust upon as to not get burned Surgesting hell, I know it's sad the devil's own is someone i had So if you wanna go out and play seduce and excuse your ways into the world of rock n roll where lust rules, love's on hold I'll set you free, i let you be I see you free Oh if you wanna go out and see pretend we're not exclusively I give you my blessing baby for you no longer are with me I set you free, i let you be I set you free, I set you free I set you FREE!

Blinded

Branded, like a cigarette
crushing flesh to the bone
paralysed by fear
though you struggle on your own
your ego 's got you wary
while your mind's in control
shut empty and on edge
Oh Down you go

No formal introduction
to a girl without a face
arms stretched out wide
consoles me with her grace
she says, she's got the answer
to any kind of pain
medicated love
pyrotechnics for the flame

Guess i am
your muse my friend
oh Yes I am
she says ...

Universal Love

The sound of her breathing
serene and peaceful her presence
The view of her eyes watching me
untamed admiting her preference

I, who am I for her to want me
unclear remnants of the past
...

What Is

What is Time
Money to the corporation
What is Hope
Dreams to cast away our fears
What is Passion
A hunger for the unknown to be known
What is Living
The preparation of the afterlife

Legacy of Pain

Legacy of Pain

Redeemed myself, as I fought for love
Like shattered glass, biting through my skin
You damaged parts of me that can't be fixed easily
All i can do is reclaim what's no longer mine

I've chosen every road, fought every teardrop
What remains is a shadow of what i used to be
A fragile little girl, frightend of a womans world
where leachers dive in and break your spine

Sucking and biting, roaming your blood
Like a foodfest of evil depriving your soul
They tear you down, from dress to gown
till you're naked shaking from head to toe

Had no one to warn me, to clear my head
A ship lost at sea, with no guiding light of hope
weathered each storm, while my heart was torn
but i couldn't escape even if i wanted so

Bewildered and scared of a future alone
I paced through the night, while saying goodnight
knowing the heartache would be far from gone
when I'd open my bloodshed eyes at dawn

You kept me hooked with a chain of pain
dangling from my neck, saying what the heck
drama is what you're looking at my friend
you take it or leave it, stay or be gone

And so I stayed praying things would change
thinking I could fix what was meant to be broken
lord knows how hard i tried to soften every fight
with a kiss to make up to the point of breakup

And here i stand... alone again
freed from the demon, that stole my sanity
like a shadow on a wall, a ghost in the hall
invisible like the scars, our legacy remains

Questions

Touched

A soft breeze tickles my senses
Like cotton candy triggering sweetness
Am I touched by another world
Where love embraces my emptiness
Far away from worldly matters
Three dimensional or not
Questions arise and provoke the critics
Yet Science is proof of what?

Tonight

Tonight, our destiny in time and space

seconds minutes hours and two days

tomorrow the future a pose a phrase

enigma of time as souls we pace

as we are one but no more the same

we ache we bleed we love we gain

and tonight this passions lullaby

of Fearless love and forbidden time

Two sighing souls one burning love

Mortals of hell or a heaven above

As we have tonight if only tonight

Carpe diem we seize the night

Tonight

For all we have is Tonight
