You Are Special

After all these years today I realized      
I really need to question you, 
to tell you things and patiently listen to
whatever you wanna say.

Is it all worth it?
Being there with all others
At the expense of 
not being there with you, my dear?

Is it completely fine, 
To care for people,
Even those 
who even after knowing 
that you're most special to me 
have tried hurting you multiple times?

Today I really wanna know 
what's your take on this my dear? 
I'm sorry for all the days 
I've been harsh and rude to you 
and blamed you for the mistakes 
that wasn't under your control.
And yes you are much more than 
what this mirror makes me see what you are!
You're those tears that 
made you stronger when
there was no one to hold your hand.
And also the love and care that is in your heart for people who matter! ??
