The turbulence of love

In lovers’ tender times of togetherness,
They share sweet, soothing whispers,
With smiles blooming wider than blossoms,
Their joy, a kind beyond all measures.

But when love begins to fade within the heart,
And jabs and pokes cause feelings to sneeze,
They’ll say the world’s troubles batter,
Flailing affection, siphoning off the glee.

Then, fights emerges, hosted in a deepening rift,
Imparting solitude that conceals hidden sorrow,
Making smiles fade like fleeting shadows,
Darkening their rooms, turning love into scars.

Could this be a furnace meant to refine with tension?
To test the sincerity, to reveal the true emotion
So when love blooming, will be broader and stronger,
With shields prepared against life’s turbulent tide

A Mother

Her touch like an angel,
As pure as dew, consoling
With love so ever true.

Life

Life is like a rough, rutted road,
With rocks to trip, to catch and hold.
But love can smoothens the path ahead,
If we cast out hatred instead.

The herder

The wind puffs into hills and across the dale,
Dusty, and thrashing lashes with a gusty gale.
As the herder stoops holding his club in hand,
He watched the eagle in pique as it landed.
The two crows were circling overhead in a sway
With their hungry eyes fixed on eagle’s prey.
Soon, the eagle was grappling with all its might,
But the final was hunger turning to a bitter spite,
As it straddles soaring saddened into the sky,
So the herder amazed told his kid with a sigh
Racks of our lives are very nearly to the wild,
Where cats roars and prowls hog-wild,
And monkeys swinging through trees, tall and thick.
As waterfalls splashes loud, cascading fluid thick,
A call which is heard by birds winging above,
And creatures which scurries slow and rough,
Jungle is possibly of beauty to humans instead,
A feeling solely defined from sight as they lead
The elite strolling in wonder and delight,
The wild unrelentingly fight, so is our plight.

My Day

On my special day,
Let us dance and not count flaws.
Let the music free us,
Not wine, but cherries.

Try things

Life is a brief span; seize tight each passing moment,
For yesterday's pain should reflect in your sight,
To map out your routines after your heart's consent,
Thus, paving a way to banish your plight.

Don't question how others make things right,
Strive, don’t wait your strength is taking flight.
Years for thriving aren't lost, but we miss tracking their way,
Time is fragile, our plans create inner tension each day.

As we continue doubting, our spirits procrastinate;
Blind to precious moments, fear of trying escalates.
Then, it seems that frailty is imposed on dreams,
Creating tension in insight, plans, and themes.

Find your Voice

It's not facile to express what you feel,
Always do, lest your pain denies to heal.
Search for words to share your heart,
So they can capture your deepest part,
It’s your fight, a dear fight and true —
To wipe emotions, your restraint through,
So you will break free with a new song,
A victor’s melody, where dancers throng.

Remembrance

A soul dearly loved.
When its never to be found.
What a tragedy

O dear soul

O, dear soul, who besieged your path to undress you?
And bound your hands with threads of sorrow anew.
To shatter your hopes, where sickening darkness blends,
A dreadful cloak that flails the joy your life tends.

Who finds rest when goodness is pushed away,
Replaced by solitude that lands with a heavy sway?
We all are victims, dare to face your shadows trailing,
Before they rend your hopes with spears wailing.

If pain thrust your nerves through the night,
Alone on that bed, sleepless - immersed in plight,
With looming doubts, know - it’s a tide we all feel,
Do not budge in despair, to God appeal.
