Rose Castle

Love is the wine of life
It intoxicates beyond all
Human boundaries
Love is a pollination agent
It spreads far above all
Races and tongues
Love is an endless river
That flows to all land
The song of love rules
All ears and ages
Our body and soul is tied
Together by love
Love is the best language
In the universe because
Love melts mountains of obstacles

Alive Not Dead

My people I have seen seas of pains
With series of painted assaults and
Hatred from elites of illiteracy
My people no not again my people
For it is the same people that gives
Us this sad injection of deprivation
If I should sit down to eat even
With out hunger I will eat more than
A glutton after surviving the Jos
Massacre
They have crushed our plates with
Food by bending Benue to bleed
Zamfra to bleed
Nkpor with blood erosion
Leaving my home will not solve
The blood suckers problem
But to stay back with metal fellows
To fight back as a scholar
Let the pains of the innocent ones
Be respected
Let the bombers be given death of
The law to swallow our bones are
Broken beyond medication
Vultures are tired of eating the flesh
Of our young men
Our children and our women of
Adoration
One day the blood of justice will
Bath this barbaric culprits

How Far

How far my friends in the west
How far my diaspora classmates
We are one in the race of life
For we are all labourers
So how far my good people
Of work and eat in the field
Of labour
School teachers how well
Can the pupils grow into
Elite podium
How well can the leaders of
The crown do as stars
My fellow trees of good fruits
How well can the apprentice do
Life is not about how far we
Have gone but how well
We are doing

Malaria

Malaria a shadowless giant
 masquerading himself
As a bird no an insect
He is a muchroom without wood
Milking and sucking breeze
Of human blood
Malaria massaging the body
And pores of the skin without licence
He is a mad man without trace
A route without path as people
Path through malaria to homes
Of no return under the foot of mother
earth without a murderer
Malaria a prey that rules over her
Predators
Malaria is an innocent master
A dog with no teeth that devour
Lions with metal teeth

Colony After Colonisation

Why are the owls flying in the day
The frogs jumping and cracking
Around in day light
Why are the bats leaking the ripe
Fruits in the day
The birds flying around with keen
Attention like termites on an ant hill
The elephants from across the seas are
No longer in our farms neither are
They still felling down our trees
Here and Lo nothing is showing that
This elephants are gone at least
A smell and breath of relief
Why are my people blind in the means
Of day light
Why are they poor in their Canaan
Land where milk and honey endlessly
Flows
Tell me heroes of our past what
Is the cause of Africa's
Hill of wants
May be they should come back
But this is uncertainty because
We are the solutions to
Our problems
Empty problems we created

Could This Be Me

Could this be me like a mere dream
Or a mere merriment of fantasies
Of a day light
That a once late brain and weak
Conscience fellow can now
Breath fine with boldness of literacy

Could this be me eating with blood
 From education stick
How come this once plain mind
Like me can spread like a disease
To the world for good with my piece
Of good thoughts to the world for
Rest and literacy

Could this be me vomiting insight
Of global interest like an activist
Well I think it is me but how come
The breeze from my left ear is still
Asking my brain could this be me
With many how come while I
Travel by the stainless of the sky

Gizzard

Death is when you
Are alive in the shadow
Death is when you can
Sit and sing with your ancestors

Afrobiscus

This is Africa a friend to the west and home
At west with Eastern coal
River Benue bend us to farm
River Nile march her name like
Nobles night of bliss in Cairo
She is the anchor of sun with earthen heritage

This is Africa the joy of mother earth
The domain of nature and earthen fertility
Like Bee's and Honey comb
Africa the ancestral home of music
Like the dancing colours of leaves by the shores of
Niger Delta

This is Africa the hook of soils wealth
By tip and zip lite of natures gifts
She is a land of threshing pool of wealth
By the parlour of art she is the land of Goldsmith
This is Africa the peak plough of cultural bloom
Like the blacksmith furnace
Africa a confluence home of palm wine
The bowel of soup and hot pepper soup with
Forest citizens as spice as her kitchen smokes
Smells with fresh fish like Barbers cream

This is Africa with rural children to glance
 for her hope
Africa an ethnic colony of tribal crowns
A land with spring of running water
Africa the pyramid of craftsmanship
This is Africa an intellect land
A global topography the Eden of all history
Africa is a garden of talent like a potters workshop with ripples and riddles
Africa the scroll of time the beginning of history

A Kiss By the Sea Side

Behold the cloud of love between
The sea and us the love songs of
The sea birds to our hearing like a
Child beckoning on the mother for
Her meal
We are entangled by the caress of
Blue love by the deep blue sea
The sun rising from the east to approve
Our honey hearts of love
See you see me in the magic mace
Of love without wrongs like angels not
Fallen Angel's because you are
Welcomed in my life like this sea
Breeze to my body
The sea trees are tall but our love is
Taller and stronger than them all
The love language of your eyes
Is stronger than the sea current
And splashes of water
The pet name you call me is stronger than
The speed boats on this sea my love
The ship on the sea is heavy but your
Cresting love breast is loveable than
All the cargoes on this sea shore
Your love is more balanced than
This my sea side seat as it saturates
My body and soul like the joy of a wedding ring
Sailors may be cheats but they have seen
Us as love mate's without honey difference
The sandy nature of the sea may not agree
With each other but the mouldy nature of
Love has bind us together like this sea and
the Rain of sailors on the sea.
Fishes in the sea may love to swim from
Coast to coast but our love shall last more than the romance
between the ship captain and the sea

Onthe Wings of Love

The sleep of love left me behind time
As soon as you left please come back
The cradles of love almost kiss me to death
As soon as you said good by please just
Look back and come back
Don't tell me you are not aware of my
Inward cries that has locked me down
In an upsidedown mode
Please comeback and reactivate our
Love mode please my love model
The tears of love is swimming in my
Body scent because your absence
Has broken my heart asunder without parts of love
The actual part you're my lady of beauty
Please Sing the song you and I sang by
The pool in Atlanta our love lyrics
The title of love has threatened to push
Me out since you never bordered to call
Like you did when we were in college
Don't tell me you have forgotten the vows
You made yes the vow we made at the
Baseball court - never to leave
Remember the night walk as we hold hands
Together walking in motions and tensions
Of love never desiring to leave each other
Remember that yellow bush flower you give to me
The day we won our school competition
Each time I look through the neighborhood
I see the stars of love as I gaze towards your
Window hoping you're there as usual
I am lost in the land of lovers irony because I
Have taken the blames even when their is none
I love you to still say I am sorry
You left others to give me company
Please I am not bored of your company
I left my friends just for you yes you left your
Friends just for me just for us reign in love
My lady please Swig your actions back
please turn back your
Wings for I still love you more now
Our malice length is too lengthy
We are rare jewels of love
 our reunion
Will make us better and bigger than Jupiter
For nothing can separate us again
We shall turn back to our cards love
At our break period in college where you first
Kissed me as a teen
Please don't fly out of our love bound I love you
