Contradiction

An addiction of sweet dreams and hopes, A pure contrast to believes and wants, Cravings between frenzy and sorrow, Seeing my reflection on the glass, Split 'I's', scattered 'Me's' Like a bird in a box my pain is blind, Living through my conscious doubts, I want to prosper, dream of a future, I see my self being the best, A vision of everything I'd want to be, A smile beyond a beautiful fountain, A spark in my eyes that brightens the horizon, Evergreen thoughts and a peace of mind. Blood in the water, Patched up broken pieces, Yours truly your anxiety, Impression of me in your mind. I am the chosen one, The guard and key to your success, Embrace me for I am the truest. Drowning

I couldn't breath,
I felt like my lungs would collapse,
And I am being suffocated,
I couldn't breathe

Yet I stood, at the top of the balcony,
Filled with plentiful of fresh air,
Yet I couldn't breathe .

It has been an ongoing battle,
Between the broken me that kills the I inside,
The broken pieces that dominate the peace in my head,
I couldn't breathe

I wanted a little bit of love,
A little bit of light,
A little bit of warmth,
Thou the frostbite was getting cold,
For the darkness I love, my love, my poison.
I couldn't breathe.

Walked at the edge of the tall mirage,
And for the first time I felt it,
The sweet touch of oxygen,
And a flash of what was once my life,
Near the end I felt light,
For I was free,
But I couldn't breathe.

Though I Wanted

Felt like a quest without a treasure, Talking in turns without pleasure, Wanted you to burn my soul, With passion and intention, Quite the fairytale of adventure. The politeness of your nature, Tormented my soul for leisure, Though I wanted the danger. Cliffhangers and excitements.
