When My Plane Went Down To Drown

Bubbles rose from my mouth
I was underwater, I wanted to shout
Lifeless bodies floated past me
Gutted, I realized that I was in the sea
I struggled to get the seat belt off me
And swam up to the surface where metal and smoke
Made my lungs burn and I choked
Flames rose in the air
Bodies charred everywhere
I closed my eyes and said a prayer
I would not give in to this burning slayer
I was desperate to survive
I was still alive
Helicopter blades hovered in the sky
I waved my arms and began to cry
The helicopter was moving away
I was going to die, I had no say
A rope ladder dangled from above
I saw my rescuers faces filled with love
And then the strangest sight
A white dove flapping its wings in a shining light
I felt at peace and closed my eyes
And when I opened them, I saw the sunrise

Invisiblity Spell -An Excerpt Brigitte Pace

“Place this cloak around you and blink six times
You will then hear three chimes
When your body begins to shudder
You’ll be invisible to your own mother!”

If I Were Prime Minister

If I were Prime Minister
The air would be pure
Greenery would dominate
And nobody would be poor
Health would be a priority & Malta would flourish
Our land fully nourished
The Sandy beaches will light up across the Island
When the Moonlight hovers over its warm golden sands
We'll hear the sound of horses' hooves & that of a drum From Musical bands we''ll listen to the people hum
Couples will walk by hand in hand
Tourism will increase
Year after year
People flocking to visit to enjoy the Summer days & nights
In our beautiful Malta, our paradise
We'll hear the clinking of glasses
As People Celebrate life
All races welcome here
Girl or boy
Malta will be safe, there'd be nothing to fear
Criminals will be sent far far away
And we will live happily every single day!

Chug Moo Quack- See That Train Speed On the Track

The train chugged along the track
The ducks all said quack quack quack
The cows said Moo
And birds flew

Over the fastest train in the world
The ducks were swimming in the pond
The cows were standing in a field
The birds flew overhead
And they all said, said, said

Quack! Moo!
Moo! Quack!
See that train speeding on the track
The train track

Where's the train?
It passed by so fast
We heard a whistle and a blast
The cows mood, the ducks quacked
They all saw the fastest train pass on the track!

The Crime Scene With Detective Jobs

I've never cried as much as I did last night
The crime scene was not a pretty sight
Seeing her lying there unmoving with her blue eyes open wide
I didn't want to investigate the murder of this child
What I wanted was to run away and hide
But when I looked again, I plucked up enough courage and crouched down to check if I was seeing right
And I balked at the sight of every huge bite
The ugly marks on her arms and neck had sliced open her smooth soft skin
Dried blood covered most of her chin
I clenched my fists
And felt a deep burn penetrate my wrists
Finally, I mustered up enough courage to touch her silky hair
And I found a significant clue hidden right there
In the tangles of her long dark hair
A tiny weeny pearl
And I knew who had done this to my little girl

Cinderella's Shoe - Size 42

When Cinderalla went to the ball
They forgot to tell us that she was tall
That her feet were big and not small
Because that’s what happens when you’re tall
Now to find an elegant shoe
In a size 42
Is a hardship for any tall girl to bear
Where will she find beautiful shoes to wear?
With Prince Charming waiting and ready to seek her out for a waltz wearing his shiny leather shoes
To every tall girl who is invited to the ball, I bear you good tidings and bring you excellent news
Try on these gorgeous ladies shoes!

I Will Put a Spell On You and You'Ll Know It When I Do

I'll put a spell on you
And you'll know it when I do
You'll see my face wherever you go
I'll always be in the know
If you do drugs
You can forget hugs
When you're tempted to steal
You won't get a meal
And if you get drunk
I'll turn you into a skunk
And if you can turn yourself back
I'll give you my hand to smack!

I See Dots - Lots

Close your eyes, what do you see?
Excuse me!
See with closed eyes
What rubbish, such lies!
But I see Coloured dots dancing around
Changing colour, falling to the ground
Others see them when they rub their eyes
It's Strange but no big surprise
Do you even know why?
An active retina or a lie?
Do your research, do it right
Hopefully you too will see the light

Shattered Battered

I have a disability
One that only I can see
It haunts me every day
But why it bothers me so, I cannot say
I have given it my all to make it disappear
It pierced my heart, driven there by a poisonous spear
Oh how I wish to move on, to live and give
It may sound strange but I know my purpose on earth
My true worth
To Love and forgive
So why was my heart shattered so? For me not to live?

They Say Blood Is Thicker Than Water

THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS COME OUT TO PLAY
NONE In DISARRAY
WHEN FAMILY ABANDONS YOU
AFTER SOME TIME, IT BECOMES REAL, TRUE
SO MUCH PAIN BECAUSE BLOOD SHOULD BE THICKER THAN WATER
OH HOW I THANK GOD FOR MY WONDERFUL DAUGHTER
SO MUCH JEALOUSY FOR SACRIFICES I MADE
WHILE THEY ARE STUCK IN MUD AND WADE
I FINALLY LEARNT THE BIGGEST LESSON OF THEM ALL
IF THEY WANT, THEY CAN CALL
I'm NOT GOING TO WORRY ABOUT THEM ANY MORE
WHAT THE HELL FOR?
