Thankful To Get a Home

For my dreams, I have left my home far away
But I don't find my internal peace anymore
I have now the whole new world to explore
Like a petite bird who left its nest to follow a new way

I am tired of pretending and I want to be me
I want to embrace those moments of my childhood
They cared for me selflessly, old days were so good
Now I have my own qualities which this world can see

I am locked away and my home is the only key
It seems now I have left my heart out there
My pain and sorrow are becoming so hard to bear
I wish I could return my home which is summoning me

Unrest

Why do we feel unrest for the cracks in the past?
If the future and the present are still in our hands
Our chance to live this life is running so fast
We don't have enough time to fulfil its demands

Be calm and let your dreams fly in the sky
Try to heal the cracks while they try to expand
But never leave your ground to dry
We will fall if we wouldn't have the land to stand.
