You Are the Painter Aswell As the Canvas

Do you have any idea how much material your entire being holds?
I'm not talking about the materialistic (of the world) things many have their fingers tightly gripped on second by second... Moreso....

You are one glorious stretch of canvas, rolled out into different sections.
Your mind; a base for all magical flow you could possibly salvage from one place in thought, which lead to the creation station- Your Hands; these then work with the constant attention from your visual display palace- Your Eyes; allowing all things to collide and combine in a beautiful mash of the initial magic that the mind created....
and Your Feet; your mobile assistants that carry you to all the points you need to travel to.

Moment by moment, we are in constant soul rebirth, with this our material is constantly renewed and made clean. Creating a whole new vast space for you to splash your burst of colour and divine spirals of reality upon.
We are all artirsts in some way. In some expression.

The canvas has always been here.... choose to create a master piece!

You Are What You Eat

Okay, in many cases people use this term or expression to distinguish a likeliness to becoming what you eat… The truth, really, is that you already are what you eat. The depth of this leading to the reality that, whether it be meat, vegetables, fruits, vitamins, minerals, sprouting greens, or water…. These all already are a part of you. And I’m not talking about man-made chemicals or genetically modified organisms, or even mysterious “diseases” that have been specifically engineered to eventually kill you. I’m talking about what is pure and alive! Our connection to all living things already exists and has for all of history.

However, what many people don’t seem to grasp is the fact that if you are aware of what you are consuming, where is the awareness of countless traumas and suffering that a large range of animals go through just to “put food on the table”, or how many chemicals are sprayed on those fruits you say are so good for you? Sure, there may be an issue of “no time” and the “convenience” for a number of these folks to carry on living the way they know best, but there’s time to start looking at the harm one then causes to themselves through the harm inflicted on everything that is purely and magically connected to them. Every heartbeat. Every molecule. Every breath. Every thing.

Love Your Neighbor, As You Would Love Yourself

Now, I wouldn’t say this statement is always interpreted or understood in the essence and depth it pertains.
“Your neighbor” is any other person, being, creature of the same light as you.
It could literally be your neighbor, just as much as it could be that lady at the counter ringing up your groceries, or the car guards helping you make it out the parking lot, and passersby rushing and talking amongst themselves (or really loudly to try gain recognition), so consumed by their external approach that only rarely it may seem there are those who just vibrate on the same wave length as you. You may not have a personal encounter with them, they may just be in their own totality of “the zone” and that itself reveals itself to you because they are open and in the now- the most divine state that any existing specimen can endure.
A living, breathing lesson that gets your attention; to show you, and teach you, something deeply profound and powerful. This lesson, in turn, is the way of the cosmos. How the stars are revealing to you those reflections and projections of yourself.
When one denies this or chooses to steer away from the LOVE you are able to cast out among the masses, then we deny our true purpose…
Be open. Clear your mind. Be present. Approach and speak with grace and love.
Because, after all, this statement does not mean “To love your neighbor the same way as you would love yourself”, but surely “To love your neighbor as you would then be loving yourself too.”

Pretty Little Bird

Oh, pretty little bird, what a pretty little mess
Stepping to the wild side in your pretty little dress
They had you, they held you, to every little thing
scorned you, and bound you, to every little sin.

Won't you walk away? Come stand with the sun in your eyes...
you can find it all, just gotta look deep inside.
We'll be playing hide and seek
where the moonlight hides,
through the ocean tides
ooh lala

Oh, pretty little bird, with the dirty little wings
flying through the wasteland with your precious little things
Let go, Let go, won't you go another way
Step into the light, what do you say?

Oh, pretty little birds, roaming true- living free
singing sounds of divinity that mark where we have been
howling songs in the wind that'll show us where to go
waltzing with the trees that teach us how to grow

Oh, pretty little birds, we hold our heads high
and our pretty little wings, that have learned just how to fly
Keep us soaring, soaring, soaring right ahead....

To the clouds that took you out of your head

This Now

Take a quick moment, right now, observe any feeling or thought you have experienced since first opening this book… if any. Were there any heavy thoughts unnecessarily streaming through your head while reading this far?
Maybe, maybe not. This is simply due to the conscious awareness and focus in the moment of what you are doing; whole heartedly, attentively. Just know, you are the master in this case, you have the ability to clear your mind and very easily, and beautifully, become not the thought itself, but the awareness of it. These thoughts often drive us into different states of emotional trauma and distress, whereby they are actually of the ego that lives in every one of us, and it thrives on those emotions. Whether it be pride, anger, frustration or lust…It pulls us away from THIS VERY MOMENT, making it very possible to lose touch with the present, which is after all the greatest present that constantly presents itself to us.
Look around you, all the detail. Embrace it. It is YOU.

Her Call

Taking but a second to divert from manly ways
Can show you all the purity of Mother Nature's grace
To hold, to feel, to clarify the warmth of her embrace
Earth is screaming for her people "March toward the change!"

The change of dying wonder, forgotten- the knowledge within,
The finding of the answers we have lost, so we can win
A seemingly battlesome life
Many have chosen the focus of strife
When all feels lost, you are the boss,
the entirety rests inside.

It lays upon your beating heart, and moves beside your spirit
It shapes to fit your beautiful mind, and runs with all that you feed it.

"Now, feed the soil beneath your feet!", she begs with whaling sound,
"For all in all, you are it ALL, but NOTHING you'll be without ground!"

En'Trance

Gripping, gripping on with tired eyes
Slipping, slipping down through fired ice
Sun. Sets. Slow. Paradise.
Moon. Rise. Now. My dear demise.
Stones, pebbles, rocks. Toss and throw.
The trot of the fox, to and froe.
Sticks, twigs, branches. Arch and bow.
Seed, bloom, harvest. Reap and sow.

Dance now, dance free
She whips and turns, the flame she burns, the force of divinity
Rain drops, flame shots, the heart of nature's heat
Climbing through blinding sensational relief
We're back to back, toe to toe, in harmonizing light
The tribe has sprung, the tune they've sung, for her freedom we must fight

Around her, we gather, in silence we speak
The boulders, our shoulders carry until we're weak
Our choices, the voices of the mountain peak
Come forth now, take a bow, to the smoldering pine and tique

She's humming, she numbing any fear from our bones
we're fleeting, we're sleeping through blistering cold
She's warming and thawing these red-hot souls
Beside her, we find her, the flicker to the coal

A Rattling Rhyme

That was a Low-blow
I caught it on my Gopro
She was like, "Hello, Bro"
But the dude couldn't follow...
He was blowing on that snow though
Spending all of his folks dough
Hanging flags out the window
Of another fallen halo
Of a bruised and forgotten soul
He believes that he's got it all

But he won't find another them, no
And he won't find another her, so
Is there anything that they should know?
Dig down deep and find your hidden glow
Your heart, so cold
Buried way beneath the snow
