Soul Freeing

SOUL FREEING

Voices screaming, people hiding, shadows embracing me,
dark skies, sunshine faded, red moon, black sea,
The dead walk among us, beside us as if best friends
talking in your ear, whispering warnings of souls uncleansed.
Eating at your mind, spilling lie after beautiful lie,
you buy it hopeing for a euphoric high....
Not knowing that death is around all the corners,
waiting to make your family a crew of mourners....
Laughing, plotting, untrusting, disgustingly happy,
living your life not knowing it's crappy....
You're a fool!!!! I scream WAKE UP!!!!
But u drink from Death's decieving cup....
You reach out for help when it's too late,
I can't help you, you've sealed your fate....
I can't make your dying a beautiful thing,
you're a puppet on Death's hard wired strings.
Don't look at me, you try and burn through my soul,
as you fall into the darkest hole......
depression is a *****
not a switch
no way to turn it off again
this is your pain
I am the voice that's screaming, the people that's hiding,
The shadow that embraced you,
the dark sky that faded the moon, the red moon
I am the black sea that engulfed your very being.
stealing your soul and called it "SOUL FREEING"

The Game

THE GAME

AS I SIT HERE AT MY COMPUTER TRYING TO FIGURE LIFE OUT
TRYING TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
TRYING MY HARDEST TO SEE WHY IT'S SO CRUEL
OR HAVE I ALWAYS JUST BEEN A DAMN FOOL
I HAVE GIVEN MY HEART SOLEY TO ONE MAN
AND HE TORE IT APART WITHOUT ANY PLAN
I SAT FOR DAYS CRYING WITH NO END
TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT RULES I SHOULD BEND
THINKING DEATH WAS MY WAY OUT
SCREAMING AND YELLING EVEN A QUICK SHOUT
OPENING MY MOUTH TO SCREAM ONCE AGAIN
BUT NOTHING CAME OUT LIKE AN EMPTY PEN
I WANTED TO HATE YOU BECAUSE YOU DID ME WRONG
BUT THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT SO I GUESS I'LL BE STRONG
STRONG ENOUGH TO SAY THE HARSHEST OF WORDS
WORDS THAT WOULD SCARE AWAY EVEN THE BIRDS
WORDS THAT I HAVE NEVER BEFORE SPOKEN
BUT THEN AGAIN NEVER BEFORE HAS MY HEART BEEN BROKEN
YOU THINK YOUR SO SMART AND WHAT YOU DID WAS SO COOL
BUT WHAT YOU TRUELY DID WAS MAKE YOURSELF LOOK LIKE A FOOL
YOU DON'T LIKE TO ADMIT THAT I WAS THE ONE
THAT COULD HAVE MADE LIFE INTERESTING , EVEN FUN
BUT WHAT'S DONE IS DONE AND I MUST SAY THANK YOU
FOR MAKING ME WHO I AM, MAKING ME NEW..
FOR YOU SEE MY SWEET BABYBOY
IF YOU HADN'T OF BROKEN ME I WOULD STILL BE YOUR TOY
I AM A PROUD, STRONG, INTELLIGENT WOMAN OF TODAY
WHO DOESN'T FALL INTO THE TRAPS OF A MAN WHO LIKES TO PLAY
MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY TO OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY
BEFORE IT'S TO LATE AND YOU SCARE ALL OF THEM AWAY....
SO AS I SIT HERE AT MY COMPUTER TRYING TO FIGURE LIFE OUT
I GUESS I FINALLY FIGURED WHAT IT'S REALLY ALL ABOUT....

Don'T Cry

I always go that extra mile
just to try and make you smile
but no matter how hard I try
I always seem to make you cry
Tears fall from your eyes
like raindrops fall from the skies
You say that you can't help but to feel
that my love for you is not real
I've devoted my heart souly to you
but all I ever do is make you blue
So as I leave don't ask me why
Do me a favor, and for me don't cry
I want you to go on and find someone
And let your feelings for me be done
I can't handle seeing you hurt inside
because by rules I don't know how to abide
So as time will eventually fly
Do me a favor, and for me don't cry...

Begging For Death

Sometimes I feel like a rabid animal. Loud noises, screams driving me insane. Voices
yelling at me, hair pulling, skin cutting, ear piercing voices. Walk outside into the darkness,
is it raining? Blood falls from my eyes in form of tears, wanting, hoping, wishing, begging for
Death...
Trapped like a creature with-in my own mind. Beating me with chains, chains of rules, of
regulations. Draining me of the little confidence i have. Voices yelling at me, stabs in the
heart, broken blade, knealing hoping, wishing, begging for Death...
Bound with rope, forced to be NORM to wear a mask of HI HOW ARE YOU'S of NICE DAY'S,
smiles so fake, love unfelt, untouched, undiscovered, buried beneath hatred, betrayal and
unwillingness. Voices yelling at me, FORGET YOU!, YOU MEAN NOTHING TO ME! I WISH YOU
WERE DEAD! YOU'RE TRASH! Cutting, slicing, gasping, soaring, finally DEATH!!!!

For Michael

If I took you by the hand, would you walk thru
the darkest places of my mind?
Into a certain abyss? Where danger has no
boundaries? A place where actions deffinately
come with reactions?
If I took you by the hand, would you stroll with
me down a mountain of fear? into a valley of death?
Where suicides are completed and murders are planned out?
A place where evil is scared to knock?
If I took you by the hand, would u flow down a river
of blood with me, casting only to catch a broken heart or two?
Are you willing to learn? To Listen with out fear?
To understand with out conviction?
Do you promise not to look at me with disappointing eyes?
To not be mad at me? to continue to love me unconditionally?
If you change then you will have never loved me nearly a fraction
of how much I have always loved you
Reguardless of what my mind does, it does not control
what I feel in my heart for you. I Love You Michael........

Silent Night

Silent night,silent dreams
silent birds beside silent streams
racing minds,racing cars
razor's edge razor's scars
blood trickles softly down
blood helps this painful frown
memories of days gone by
memories that make me cry
hopelessness as darkness falls
caving in on me are these walls
restless nights once again
prayers spoken with no "amen"
children asleep in their beds
resting their weary heads
dreaming of what tomorrow will bring
as the heart in my chest remains aching
for the one i lost so long ago
and pierced my heart with love's arrow
left me here to die alone
as if cast aside like a stone
silent night silent dreams
silent birds beside silent streams

Mirrored Images

My heart breaks into tiny pieces,
Mirrored images of a different species.
Something that beheld my being,
Shadowed my eyes, not allowing the seeing.
Standing alone in the darkness, hours on end,
No stradegy of attack or defend.
Voices whispering tales of destructive defeat,
As puddles of blood gather at my feet.
No emotions, not love, fear, sadness or compassion,
Just images of an unemotional battle on a passin'.
A soulless shell that walks among others,
Getting close to your children, siblings and Mothers.
Always ready to strike wit-out rhyme or reason,
Changing skins as the world changes seasons.
Eyes starring into a dark empty nowhere,
Gazing upon lonliness, just a distant stare.
my heart breaks into tiny pieces,
Mirrored images of a different species.

To a Good Friend

I'VE SPOKEN TO YOU A THOUSAND TIMES BEFORE
YOU'VE BEEN A FRIEND TO ME AND NOTHING MORE
YOUR JUST ANOTHER FRIENDLY VOICE ON THE OTHER LINE
WITH HOPES AND DREAMS OF PEACE AND SUNSHINE
WITH LAUGHTER SO DELICATE AND SIGHS SO LOW
TELLING ME OF THINGS I COULD NEVER KNOW
OF LOVE AND HONESTY BETWEEN TWO HEARTS
OF GROWING TOGETHER NOT APART
OF NEVER CRYING OR FEELING LEFT OUT
AND NEVER A SHADOW OF ANY DOUBT
YOU TELL ME THINGS I'VE ONLY DREAMED OF
LIKE FLYING HIGH ON THE WINGS OF A DOVE
THAT FOR EVERY CHANGE THERE IS A SEASON
AND FOR EVERY MOVE THERE IS A REASON
YOU'VE SPOKEN TO ME ABOUT ALMOST EVERYTHING
ABOUT SPICY ROMANCE THAT ENDS WITH A ZING
ABOUT LOVE AND HATE AND SOMETIMES DEATH
OF THANKING GOD FOR THAT ONE LAST BREATH
OF LIVING LIFE EVERY SECOND OF EVERY DAY
OF NOT BEING AFRAID TO GO OUT AND PLAY
FOR YOU SEE TO ME YOUR NOT JUST A VOICE
YOUR MY FRIEND BY MY OWN FREE CHOICE
AND EACH AND EVERYDAY THAT YOUR THERE
LET'S ME KNOW THAT YOU TRUELY CARE.
THANK YOU BETO FOR BEING A FRIEND
AND FOR BEING A TRUE FRINED NOT JUST FOR PRETEND...

Disturbed

Look into my soul, what do you see?
A little scary, disturbed to a certain degree.
Horrid findings of a once happy heart,
Torn piece by ugly piece completely apart.
Do you see something that interst you?
Keep searching, you may finally find what's true.
A tortured mind set so far back,
Already disrupted already cracked.
Thought you would see somthing pretty or nice?
All you found was a heart of ice.
Disappointment followed your wandering eyes,
As you gazed upon a mountain of lies.
I laugh at your innocence, you are so naive,
What a tangled web of deception I have weaved.
You think your mind is playing tricks,
You've hit a wall built brick by brick,
Trying hard to tear it down,
Crying hopelessly you start to drown,
There's no way out , you are trapped inside.
Witnessing the failure of those who have died.
Scream loudly, maybe someone will hear,
Announce to the world that you feel my fear.
Finally free, you are home at last,
You have broken through the tempered glass.
Want to look again and tell me what you see?
A little scary, disturbed to a certain degree.
