bare granite knuckles
grip the horizon
as whispy whimpy clouds
slide over them
the knuckles are moist
from buffeting the wind
whistling wheezily
through broken skin crags
liver-spot lichens
mar the grey skin
giving away the age of it
within

Ow! as I came to one morn,
head hurts, feels like it's torn,
naked as the day I was born,
thank god, no raging horn!
Not been out drinking,
my membrane thinks it's shrinking,
hurts, just even thinking,
wincing, can't stop blinking!
She said I jolted and shuddered,
wheezily I coughed and spluttered,
gibberish was dribbly muttered
and eyelashes rapidly fluttered!
The docs they do all kinds of scan,
painting a picture, best they can,
even earned me a driving bamn,
for 6months since Epilepsy began!
