Unsatisfy Poems

The Ways You Use Me

Use me as if I were your cell phone.
Text me 24/7, never get a reply.
I'm in your hands, my destiny already laid out no bypass.
No heart beat, I'm a single celled organism.
I only know how to do one thing and that's how to unsatisfy your needs.
Threw me against the wall, I broke into a thousand pieces.
Fell on the ground just to be forgotten and cried over.
I'd rather you see me this way, than in a different light.
The sentimental me,
the one who never gives a damn.
Is that what made me fall for you?
Not caring if your eyes were bluer than the sea?
Not caring if you knew the demons that lay in me?
Everyday's another struggle to breathe while I'm around you.

P.S. Did you know "unsatify" is not a word???????

Critique Nazi (Poetry Game) To Become What You Wanted

for now i am empty
blank
emotionless
but soon enough i will fill that whole
edit myself
with all you remarks
and believe you me
the comments that go along
that you write
will be writing me

for now i am a shell
a hollow wonderful thing
and then you come along
tell me a thought or feeling
and i add it in
and leave you to wonder where it went how i did it
and i become everything you said to me

One poem written by many
through my minds eye and hand
one poem right here for you to see
i am the shell of nothing lonely
and waiting for the comment to change me
the inspirational words to satisfy someone
who will unsatisfy someone else
until all are satisfied
and i am something
no longer hollow
no longer shallow
a lesson in learning critiques of nature
and everything you could have would have should have said
is right here

I will become everything you say i should be
everything you say i am
i will exaggerate
everything i should add check or change your will be done
this page becomes everything to somebody
begging for control
this page loses all sense of it
as we take turns leading blindly

Miffed and Amiss

Miffed by society's resolution to dis and unsatisfy the efforts of its own to change
the way automatic convenience has simply taken over the job of its human
counterpart and creator.

Amiss at the lack of attention paid to the impossibilities supposed by the errors
and injustices that are the result of inanimate objects allowed to do the job that
requires both human emotion as well as intelligence.

Miffed that we allow other means of communication to substitute for the original
means of conveying information via conversations by human voice.

Amiss that as intelligence gives way to the advancement of technology; we are
foregoing the most important and successful way of sharing ideas, exchanging
information and engaging in the challenging but rewarding feeling ,when your
conveyed insight is welcomed by the live, warm response of " Hello, how may I
help you?"
