They Aint Nutritious

I wonder how you changed suddenly,
The person I knew has reformed abruptly,
What you could smoke was meat,
You only drank milk with sugar in it,
But now your diet is alarming,
It's full of ugliness and displeasing,
Dear buddy,stop it,it ain't nutritious..

It all started as a joke,
You said a little smoke won't choke,
I warned you,but in vain,
All you said,you were Abel and I Cain,
You went on saying the herb was holy,
And took it daily a whole,
Dear buddy, stop it,it ain't nutritious.

Look now,you have become addicted,
Alcohol,bangi,miraa,ciger make you satisfied,
Without the full dose,you are incomplete,
And an underdose of it makes you obsolete,
Better you walk naked,
And make sure your stuff is baked,
Dear buddy, stop it,it ain't nutritious.

Remember of the adverse effects,
Your blood will develop infarcts,
You will be no longer fertile,
Your 'leg' will be dropping to the tile,
Your sight will no longer function ,
Bangi will affect your cerebrovascular junction,
Dear buddy,stop it,it ain't nutritious..
