A well known word none can define
That's the nature of a dimension
called time
Traveling back on its road is disavowed
Forward is the only path that is allowed
But seemingly nebulous and flowing
like sand
it cannot be bottled or held in one's hand
Unseen but with a strength so unbreakably
great
Worlds it does crumble, worlds it does make
Without its dominion the cosmos would be a
ghostly place
It can't be captured or placed in a jar
But nothing eludes its grasp so it can't be far
It has planets as prisoners and holds their fate
And nothing escapes …all on it must wait
There was a beginning and therefore an end is
implied
The end will be when all the enthralled worlds
have died
So when someone says "tomorrow I'll have
time for this"
Remind them they don't have time, they're the
one in time's grasp

To toil unbreakably in a quest to accomplish all that I aspire within my promising scope without renouncing my principles, veracity or the splendor that remains instilled in me.
