I smell less when I drink your fragrance
I could care less about what my friends thought when we hold hands.
I touch your skin and all I feel makes me speechless
I feel helpless when I grab your chick
Yet I become lifeless when I kiss your lips.
I could own a PHD but with me in your arm am totally brainless
You’re hope when am hopeless
You‘re home when am homeless
You’re voice when am voiceless
You’re life and without you am a good as lifeless
I held your waist but still felt touch less
I believed in a lot but outside you I trust less
I say I was changeless until I met you
When I leave your side I become heartless
You are my wealth, my money, and my honey
You are the belly carrying my baby
You wouldn’t trustless if I trust
You wouldn’t be heartless when am your heart
You couldn’t change less when am permanent
You wouldn’t be touch less if am there all the time
You can never break because the ring on your finger is break less.

The golden leaves fall off
the cherry trees groping
on the steep cliff,
the tall marabous lament...diving
in dark, shallow waters
their racous cry announce
the arrival of winter on the reef...
while the poet dreams!
The lost kite has flown off
a kid's hand that waves to its friend,
shrikes wait on pines' brenches
for their prey to impal on thorns;
wagtails stand on rocks
being watchful and trustless of them,
living in danger is not staying alive...
while the poet dreams!
The jumping mouse scurrs
from scrub to scrub crushing their leaves,
as daylight haunts his footsteps;
food is scarce by the waterfront,
so he scampers back to the underground,
to return when everything turns dark
and finds no one endagering his search...
while the poets dreams!
The blind,white-haired man is led
by a retriever that's so attentive,
as he guides him to an empty bench;
he can't see or perceive a fall's sunset:
like other cheerful eyes bedazzled by light...
while the poet dreams!

Shifty eyes and raven stare,
demented caws from twisted beak,
a stealthy theif without a flock
stalks my labor from flagrant perch.
Worms nod from dusk damp holes
but I suspect no worm looks quite
as good as fresh sown seeds.
A three toed bargain tucked in bed
must look like fast food take out.
I know he'll come when my back is turned
and like the boogy man
eat my dreams before they've sprouted!
Spring ordained scarecrow am I
with trustless eyes
I wait until;
the hills drink the sun
and feathered spies slip beneath their wing
when the wetland peepers peep songs
and strings of crickets sweetly sing
beneath a tilted moon.

Tendrils of hair
Float over a face
Cleverly hidden
Behind a cloak of shame.
A cry in the night
A voice in the dark
Like a lurking ghost
No one can find.
Saddened, hurt
Shredded heart
Soul torn in two
bitter and confused.
Eyes dim
Tough light
Take flight
Ember rings
Saphire strings
Ebony stones of
Hardened souls.
Trustless and abused
Wrongfully accused
Sacraficial wants
Sacred love.
Cold heart
Now stomped to dust
Take flight on the
Moonlight bridge.
soar to new heights
Breathe your first breath
Love and live with out restraint.
White light
Piercing scream
Once again, back to reality.
Troubled eyes
Sorrowed heart
Only light when
Black meets white.
