I heard a squeak beneath my seat
I must protect my trunk
I’d give that squeaker such a clump
If I were grown and drunk
I heard a squeak beneath my seat
It gave me such a scare
Those tiny squeakers make me meek
Is there one under there
I heard a squeak beneath my seat
I quickly raised my feet
I did not dare to take a peek
Or beat a quick retreat
I heard a squeak beneath my seat
It’s messing with my brain
Every time I move a bit
It seems to squeak again
I heard a squeak beneath my seat
And now I need my dad
He rushed out when he heard the squeak
The squeaking made him mad
I heard a squeak beneath my seat
And now it’s squeaking faster
My seat moved when I moved my feet
For each leg has a caster
I heard a squeak beneath my seat
It made my dad’s blood boil
But now he’s back and in his trunk
Is lubricating oil

That's The Way Love Goes
Writer swept yon lea, loft a lane, ambled quest
efforts a muted affair bolted at wished stars
magic toils those ravenous eyes crave involved cars
trifles and trinkets mortals link to their life's vest
Amply equipped Cupid master of aims has drawn
as genteel cherubs gather about heart seekers
arrows tipped in numbing ecstasy paired squeakers
evokes the peers of Cleopatra and Don Juan
Effects the sense resisters to fathomless mirth
bathe in invigorating currents souls awash
noumenon presents a harmonious panache
outfits the united spirits, immortal worth
Yon measures reach, fantasies assumed its sources
behold while narratives reinvent ere closes
twilight falls in dawns arms of day's, then dusk poses
slack pen set, zephyrs o'er lea, lane tryst courses.

Look at all those tiny poo balls
It's a sign that little squeakers
Have scurried about, here and there
On tiny imagined sneakers
But it's been said there is a trick,
Nut meat can soon cause their demise
Just don't push the city limit
With luck, they will say their goodbye's
Whether school house or out house
Just any house you might have seen
With a nut meat city limit
It's sure hard to keep a house clean!

Did you hear that mumbling
thousands of whispers
squeakers and lispers
shouting and grumbling
Filling the spaces
all corners filled in
multitude of races
talking and talking
Noise for noise sake
moving in damp wave
jawing without a break
cradle to grave
Was anything said
of any import
words loudly read
we're talking for sport
It's a cacophony of sound
with so little to say
forever talking
on repeat and replay
