Premium MemberWindy Nights and Mornings

Blackened tendrils take the trees,
Take the skin by follicle,
Empty matter, pushed debris,
Pressed and parabolical.

Zephyrus claims, lack of choice,
Echoes through the aether,
Chaos calms his quiet voice,
To suffer with the weather.

Windows shutter, clap in tune,
Aeolus purring bag and pipe,
Uilleann iron, aural rune,
Despite aptitude and gripe.

Nonetheless the Iris slims,
To folded air in lack of light,
Cluttered ever in the whims,
To that which chances sight.

FUNHOUSE MIRROR-pov

FUNHOUSE MIRROR (pov)
   I am a mirror in which many take place, what you see is not what you get I
   can assure you it's all fun in games.

   In the same light that slims you down a different angle at that and now you're
   round, some I see giggle and share hearty laughs a sensitive youth might cry
   as they past.

   It looks like as if I have stolen your height or maybe a twist with all of my
   might.

   For these are silly games in which lights bended my shape. In a funhouse or in
   a circus: my cousins you try to escape.

  Their lack in humor must make them dull, Because my figment is your fantasy
   of you being tall.-Maleeeon

Confession

heeding the worst; lips
he would rehearse; kiss
purpose would hurt his-
heart it immersed; drips-
sweat and a forced breath
the words that his mouth bled-
loud and dispersed; head;
nose; can’t be reversed; dread;
rose; slurred and dispersed; face-
burns slow and they turn; red; prose;

skin; skirt; eyebrows;
nails; bangs; tied blouse;
face; flushed; dry mouths-
gasp at the air with a slight growl
sun’s hold eased by the low ground
still on the roof but the air drowns
neither can breathe but they hear sounds;
seeking concretely to cry bounds
leaking not speaking; their hearts pound;

peak in, the bleak slims are feet from the brink-
hymns now pink from the lean in, their ink-
now strings linked- end to end, so in synch-
resonant resin-drink leaking pen-head, a sea-
of red flesh entity, now they rest as they heave-
moving chest, shaking teeth, throats compress, then release;

rosy mesh;
feign retreat;
sewn in flesh;
aching bleat;

My Cadillac

I got me a Cadillac.

That's one of my favorite luxury cars.

I'm riding around the hood,

Feeling good like a Southernplayalistic,

Ghetto superstar,driving distances

Very far, looking like a boss,

Who suffered some loss,

More glamorous than Boss Hogg,

Who supervised Rosco P.T. Coltrane,

Who focused and hated them Duke Boys,

Because they made a lot of noise.

Yes my Cadillac makes much noise,

Southernplayalistic sounds scream,

From the speakers and I ain't hating,

On nobody. I'm simply glad to meet you.

I've come a long way baby like Virginia Slims,

And I'm most definitely in it to win in my Cadillac car.

How about you do you wanna ride?

Come on in and sit on the passengers side.
