Jebels
Jutting far beyond date palms and dunes,
East of somewhere and west of nowhere,
Bound by rocks along sparse vegetations,
Endless rows of towering tors and ridges,
Lonely backdrop against cloudless skies,
Silent sentries amidst desolate wasteland....

Calapan
C-ity along harbor
A-bundant with minerals and vegetations,
L-ying along the coastline,
A-lso known as gateway to the south.
P-ot where different races mix,
A-cquainted with cultures of north and south and the
N-atives as original inhabitants.

One Windy Night
Here I stand
on an amber mountain
under a weeping sky
against the shouting wind,
trying to hold on
to the only channel
that connects me
to the outside world.

Where all vegetations lean
to the wind's direction,
I stand straight
trying to brave
the blows.

Morning-sun lit in tentativeness gets delayed
Oozing white blood, rain-sprinkler licentiously sprayed
Nostalgic breeze wedded with moisture gladly stayed
Soil, seeking fresh vegetations wet set arrayed
Overwhelmed earthly creatures enchantingly swayed
Ozone layer cooled consoled feeling greatly saved
Nimble rhythm and harmony of cosmos remade

Sun and Light
Sun
resplendent, lustrous
invigorating, radiating, warming
humans, habitats, ecosystems, vegetations
captivating, energising, enlightening
scintillant, fluorescent
Light

Lilies look to their bulbs and survive when leaves dry
Gaillardia gazes at stems. Preserve moisture.
Marigolds focus on node existence to thrive.
Vegetations possess this habit of nature.

Cacti do not starve because they preserve their food.
Flies of deserts conserve their water in chitin.
Thus creatures of nature observe her rhythm and mood.
To grow in God and flourish man must go within.
