I once knew a girl named lisa
Her face looked like pizza
She married george who was a rat
And that was the end of that
Death seems to be my life,
Each day i seize to fade,
Every waking moment and breath
We are all slowly drifting away.
I saw the dragons in the sky.
Playing with the pearl,
'Round and round it they did swim,
And on about the world.
I need that urge now to
fill me this spaces and somehow
I could say I am not alone
who walks the road less traveled on
he was a telescope
he had space and its galaxies in the palm of his hands
she just couldn't use the adjustors correctly
Love is not confined by gender -or sex
Love is between humans.
Or a human and the sky.
Or the wind.
winding fissure
on a cotton mountain ridge
as dark as midnight
wisp of your glorious mane
abandoned on my pillow
The hedge has risen to my window,
So birds can sit and sing,
And I know with Summer fruits
They'll have a song to sing.

Crushed faces
Shattered hearts
Lifeless inside
Now apart
Joy became hatred
Love destroyed
He's gone
And left a void
Form:
Awake from a dream about gangsters
it’s Friday morning, I’ve slept in
it doesn’t really matter
now I’ll dream about her
The storm has passed, now we must move on,
"don’t even try to understand," know only
that we enjoyed this moment together
Hazy thought of you spark mystic desires
Imposed eyes vision words;
Soft faint words I trace from your lips
“I love you”
Form:
The sight collects a ready store
For filling a momentary space,
The sounds add the energy more
For use in another place.
My skull
You house my brain
My chest
You house my heart
My loins
You house my balls
And really, what else is there?
The words are stuck in the middle of my throat and
I hope that you can see in my eyes
All the words that I can’t verbalize
Summer's the time of poet's love,
But Winter's when it's true,
As moments flow
Into moments,
My thoughts go back to you.
my love for you grows
nothing can keep us apart
no walls between us
our love is eternal
death will not separate us

.
angel of the night decends from rails of sky
to huff a kiss ...my slumber's lullaby. *
The pains of yesterday is put to rest?
How? When tomorrow never comes?
The pain of yesterday lives;
In the soul of today.
Form:
Blow the smoke from mortal eyes
Let them see what truly lies
Beneath the dust of human gloom
Burning flame, firing flies.
A sheen reflected up the valley,
First time seen this year,
I noticed today a different tally
And that for sure was clear.
A palm flat upwards,
Catching energy from the Sun,
A constant wind from the West
Cooling my face
Since I stopped to rest.
“ Why did you have to do that?”
“Do what?”
“Run over that [dead] squirrel?”
“Because I’m heartless”
“What?”
”Huh?”
Rising from dunes of despair after desert storm of strife,
I gather in the vase of quietude the strewn shards of life.
