Notes About The Poem

In a room that I would write in, the view outside to the yard had trees that had fruit each year.  Plums were the most. Was a 2nd floor window.

Untitled

The hedge has risen to my window,
So birds can sit and sing,
And I know with Summer fruits
They'll have a song to sing.

great excuse not to trim the hedge, what joy you would have missed. Great brevity packed full with thought, Wm
