Living Near Death
If I died right now who would know
Lingering slowly
Slowly I would fade
Blackness consumes my conscious
Sad everyday
Lonely feels cold
Unreasonably cold and dark
To feel another breath would create a story
If you could be mine
I would build a sandcastle with you
And live forever in it...

Up Or Down
Up or Down?

By Elton Camp

Woman makes a demand
Quite unreasonable to man

Every reason she can see
To lower the seat after a pee

Lest she enters with a dash
And her buttocks go splash

Woman, look before you sit
If not, then don’t have a fit

Be glad no surprise you get
And find the seat all wet!

So please show some gratitude
Quit being unreasonably rude...

The Pain of My Neighbour
The Pain of My Neighbour

Day and night I hear noise
I listen
listen
noise from my neighbour's house
a cry
a loud cry
unease
torment
no help is provided
my neighbour is stranded
harassed
abused
beaten
harassed
by a drunk
by a drunk husband
who comes at midnight
angry
furious
unreasonably
sad
is this unsolved situation
unavailable
solution.

On Foot
Let those kids get home late
We reach on foot a bit early
Let them visit the river--a corporal fullness
We tidy up, dishes had been untidy for long
Old daddy at home
Mom no more, never was
Brought us up with care
with clay, in own hands
Our kids—our siblings
would get home back when exhausted
No need to worry unreasonably
We go home walking a little on foot, a bit early
Our kids
Our siblings...

Money,Greed, Lies
Money, Greed, Lies

Overwhelming desires

Underneath love/affection cries

They lay close

Entwined,

One disappears, The other in despair

Still close they lay

Hundred, thousand miles away

I can feel it

I open up all the windows

To let the storm in

It will set you free

From the unfair/ unwanted grip of me

Unreasonably I Envy,

I am stuck , You are free

You glow like gold, my heart grows cold

The fear engulfs me

I am getting old...

Little Brother Lesser Than<
unreasonably thin embryonic brother

born again in a wash basin on the
third floor of a st joseph's hospital.

outside his window pale paper mache
cranes float by in mudpuddles.

 he watches them a little,
 he gathers joy a little,
he lifts his head a little.

little so little brother lesser than
grows beatifully bright eyed by the
window.

 distracted momentarily his shadow
half hanging off of him forgets
  to adorn its dark attire....
